The ultimate betrayal is being called heroes and told how much your work is appreciated during a global pandemic, and then being told that you are not worthy of a wage that reflects your worth or a safe working environment.

Rishi Sunak: "Have they looked after you?"
Patient: "They always do, but it's a pity you don't pay them more."
RS: "Well, we're trying."
Pt: "No, you're not trying! You need to try harder."

Useful clinical tip.
If you suspect a patient may have developed a habitual limp post antalgic limping, simply ask them to walk backwards.
The habitual limper will walk normally the antalgic will still limp.
No one learns to limp backwards.

Back from Turkey now and tough to really some it up in words but what an experience.
So many lessons learnt from this experience and although it didn’t go how I imagined it would, I’m so glad it did.
Time to rest up, reflect and go again! Gonna be some comeback… EURO2024 👀 – at Manchester, England

Progressive.
A great victory against Japan today in our second playoff qualification fixture of this years WAFF World Cup.
The result sees us into the top ten teams in the world as we face Argentina on Sunday for 9th or 10th position.
