Narinder, you know I actually really like you.
But you can’t have it both ways. You throw around the racism accusation to anyone, to everything, constantly, daily in fact. In fact it’s something you’re once again implying here by suggesting I am somehow complicit in an ‘army of racists’
So it’s quite ironic you’re now saying I’m ‘disgusting’, ‘lying’ or ‘deliberately causing a pile- on’ by doing the same to you on the show, albeit in a slightly tongue- in-cheek way.
It was you, and no one else, who immediately jumped on the fact that reform are peddling a ‘racist policy’ by saying it only targeted black and brown people.
By saying that you implied that only black and brown people don’t speak English.
I’m sorry I exposed how silly that argument is or is in fact itself racist to imply.
And just because RJ used an example of those countries (where immigration is highest from) it doesn’t change the point that this would apply to *anyone* who doesn’t speak English and that your presumption it would only target ‘black and brown people’ was factually wrong.
Just accept that what you said was a bit silly, because it was, and that it’s all in the spirit of debate.
