Sky King, the name the internet gave to Richard Russell, was ground service agent who stole a Horizon Air Q400 from Seattle-Tacoma in 2018, and took to the skies alone. He wasn’t a trained pilot, just a man who knew enough to fly, if not to land. for over an hour he spoke with calm, wit, and a strange kind of poetry, looping through the twilight over puget sound.

A scammer got my Instagram account disabled. Then messaged me offering to bring it back for $1000. @meta's own system let him do both. This is happening to creators everywhere and almost nobody knows how. So here's exactly how it works 🧵

I have lost over $100,000 in the last 8 months because of Meta allowing scammers to file fake copyrights against my page and get it disabled. Impossible to get in touch with a real human to help.

This historic photograph shows an F-15 Eagle releasing an ASM-135 anti-satellite (ASAT) missile during a U.S. Air Force test in the 1980s. The program demonstrated the fighter's ability to destroy satellites in low Earth orbit, culminating in a successful intercept in 1985 and marking one of the most remarkable achievements in military aviation and space warfare history.
