It’s official!! 🏘 The City of Victoria has passed the “Missing Middle Housing Initiative.” This change permits 6-units on every single-family lot in the city. This innovative policy will build more housing, address climate change, and create vibrant neighborhoods. #yyj #bcpoli

Hats off to planning staff at TTC who approved this “dock” loading platform for transit users. I’m sure it wasn’t easy compromising on an a-typical design, but it is truly a sweet little moment in the composition.
