Ответ от сапорта при этом каждый раз занимает не меньше 15 минут в онлайн чате (позвонить нельзя, потому что звоните в рабочие часы, но о них в личном кабинете где висит номер ни слова).

В конечном счете через 6 часов с начала беседы был составлен запрос и утром позвонил человек сообщив в чем же все-таки дело предложив варианты решения проблемы. @Raiffeisen_Ru - 6 часов на составление запроса и пин-понг между сотрудниками сапорта? Что это было?
