I wanted to bring awareness to something that is affecting you as a streamer and you don't even know:
There is a website called the Social DB based out of Toronto, which uses publicly available APIs and information to create a profile of you on their website, which then lists false information regarding your creator rates of pay and the means of contact. This means the website is using your image and likeness to show false affiliation and in all likelihood, they could use you to monetize and you would never even know.

While I won’t be able to offer monetary goal rewards (for example, reaching a certain amount to purchase something for stream, given my current personal financial situation), I still want to make the month fun and interactive! Dude ong, why am I seeing people jump to conclusions without even looking at their speed draws or digging through their work?
Some of you artists that mask your posts as “professionally analyzing” when you KNOW what kind of attention that brings.
I’m not a professional even. However even I look at my art and think I fucked up or make human mistakes. Or even wonder how the fuck do I forget important details of a character. When it’s so easy to see.
IT HAPPENS NO ONE IS IMMUNE
You can question and wonder how mistakes like that even happen. However until YOU start drawing you will see how easy it is to make said mistakes.
If you are an artist criticizing, shame on you.
If you look at any one of your drawings you would see mistakes even AFTER you’re done.
Why are we ignoring that tunnel vision isn’t a thing in art?
Why are we ignoring that people can make mistakes
Why are we ignoring that it’s okay to make them.
ANY ARTIST KNOWS YOU CAN GO BACK AND FIX THEM! However MAJORITY of artists will move on to the next portrait.
I am HIGHLY giving the benefit of the doubt, it’s so tiring seeing people tear artists down.

And it’s really sad to see this artist fight tooth and nail for their prices AND artwork.
this is their job. Why underpay your artist?
Leave their prices alone and thank god you can go in search of other artists.
I am staunchly against gen ai and would never use it for my art. I even lost a steady job this year because the pushed everyone into using AI and I refused at significant financial harm. I hope this timelapse helps you understand I do not use AI.
