We get $75 million for 10 years from Nike and 15% royalties from UK branded Nike sales which is a gross number so what is the net royalty revenue? Ask Eli and I’m sure he will tell us!!

I agree it could be better But supposedly our royalties deal is the best. And honestly we gotta get our football brand up to get a better deal. Football is where the money is.

If UK would tell us how much they truly net after JMI takes their cut I will decide in my own mind if it is a good deal. Right now I believe it to be too cheap! UKAA has lost millions in the last 3 years under former leadership $52 million round numbers.

When UK signed the deal it was the 15th highest deal in the country. However, it was not capped like other schools, nor show only dependent. So every UK logo Nike apparel sold in the world, UK Athletics gets a 15% royalty. It’s a very good deal.

It is clear to me that the UK leadership is tone-deaf to the BBN. The recent so called severance package and part time fund raising job that is still without a job description is a waste of money. It is still unclear where the funding source is being generated?? Raise money for UK not an outgoing AD. What other inside deals are or have been done??👀👀
