On UAPs..... Brian, I watched your podcast here and since you are open to religion and your your wife is Jewish oriented I thought you might be open to a different kind of explanation on the uap's. First to look at the science. We know from Einstein's theory that matter cannot travel faster than the speed of light. So to be able to travel the vast distances across space you would literally have to warp space and essentially be able to manipulate gravity to do so. Also, as you mentioned in your podcast, there are theories about the aliens being from other dimensions and again with this theory you have to be able to manipulate gravity for those kind of quantum mechanics to be utilized. Now for some logic, if these beings have the ability to do this, and apparently they do because we can observe their manipulation of gravity as they accelerate very quickly and turn very quickly. Inertia alone would require this ability to manipulate gravity because otherwise you would get squashed against the inside of your ship. So we can assume they have this technology. I think it is logical to assume that if they have this kind of technology and have advanced their race that far, they didn't do so by being warmongers that took over other planets or destroyed other civilizations. It's reasonable to assume that that kind of behavior would have led to their own self-destruction long before they ever reached this level of technology. So it is ultimately illogical to think that they are here to take us over or to exploit the planet. More logic would dictate that if they have this kind of technology, they would not need to come down here and hover over our military installations to see what kind of technology we have. If they are able to move about space in such an advanced manner it is logical to assume that they could detect all of that from space without ever being seen. It is logical also to assume that they know that they are being observed as they interact with our military aircraft and other planes. So if they're going to come down here and do all this looking around, why not pop out and say hello? They would have enough intelligence to know that if they did that with military people there would be security issues so I would think that if they really wanted to converse with humans or at least communicate, they would do so with ordinary people, at least once. It's logical. But let's assume for the sake of argument, that they have made personal contact with people and we just don't know the details. Now to the religious part..... Let me start with the caveat that I believe what the Bible says and have personal knowledge that a lot of it's predictions of the future have come to pass, and I would include, since your wife is Jewish, that one of those predictions was the reunification of Israel in 1948. In the New testament of the Christian Bible there are a great many predictions about the future of mankind. To start, Christians believe that our Savior Jesus Christ will come to rapture us. The Bible says that Christians that are alive and remain at the time of rature, will be gathered up in the twinkling of an eye. It also States that this will start at 7-year tribulation period that will bring about great change on Earth. At that time there will be an antichrist that will make himself known and he will be a great peace bringer with all the answers to the world's problems. He will then in short order unify the planet into a One world government and a one world money system with him as its leader. Continued......

Yes, Senator Grassley is calling for a diesel export embargo to keep more supply in the US and lower domestic prices for farmers and truckers. Diesel is near record highs around $6.50/gal. The goal is short-term relief by reducing exports, though some analysts note it could later prompt refiners to cut production.
