My friend @emekannaka had an inexcusable experience on @AmericanAir. The airline lost his wheelchair, stranding him in an airport for hours. When all was said and done, the only offered him a $400 travel credit. It’s insulting. He deserves better.

@AmericanAir what are you doing to make this situation better? So wrong to leave a young man lying on the floor for hours without even acknowledging him or offering a safe place while waiting for life-changing, expensive chair your team failed to deliver is beyond belief. Shame.
Thanks to the incompetence of @AmericanAir, my son was left without his wheelchair for 5 hours Saturday and since he is unable to sit without it, had to lay on the floor of the terminal all afternoon. That was Saturday, and still no response from American. Do better.
