About as rough a week for Canadian privacy as I can remember from the government: mandated age verification without privacy review, pushing the Privacy Commissioner out of private sector privacy, and passing lawful access without debate or a recorded vote

Anyone else who subscribes to @TJProvincial notice emails from inman.com recently? I'm randomly subscribed to an email address only used on TJ's service. Not the first time they've done this either. A while back they subscribed me to Washington Post emails.
I tend to collect, old but still useable computers. Any orginizations in NB still accepting such things? @CFS_OPE_NB , are you still a thing?
In just over 2 weeks, I'll be on my way to Key West for a break. It's been a year and a half since I've been down...I miss it!
Hopefully @SmokinTunaKW will be open again by the time I get there!
I like news papers. It's getting much harder to justify my subscription to @TJProvincial - as it's quality, and delivery service is TERRIBLE. There are only 3 papers a week now. I've already had at least 6 papers not been delivered this year already. @postmedianet Bad service!
Is there a free extra garbage pickup day for xmas garbage this year? @GarySullivanSJ @FundyRecycles @cityofsaintjohn @DonnaReardonSJ
Sorry @thewrightpage, I couldn't do Mariah Carey this morning on @InfoAMSJ . Had to put on Nine Inch Nails (Pretty Hate Machine) instead...then was overruled by the wife....hrmph

I may be a neurodivergent nerd - but I got the Quest 3 VR headset recently, and while I may look like a fool, this could be a game changer for me for working. Giant Screens, and the ability to block out everything else for focus. It really is amazing.

I don't know if I have any Architect friends on here but this is a good group of people responsible for, among other things, the Wellington building. jobs.careerbeacon.com/detail…
If @cityofsaintjohn doesn't start doing its compost and recycling pickups by next week...what is the best way to get a large compost bin worth of stuff into garbage bags...without vommiting! We were away on the long weekend, so we are nearing 6 weeks worth!
Taking vacation while working for yourself...too much work leading up to it...more than should be during it...and way too much after it.
Spending the week with the family and friends was still worth it though.
I would like to know why @postmedianet and @TJProvincial have sold my information to the Washington Post? This is a good way to lose a customer.
Email address that is ONLY used for the TJ - is now getting emails from the WP to sign up every 3 days.
