Roblox is doing EVERYTHING except taking accountability for its BROKEN moderation and appeal system.
With CHILD-SAFETY LITIGATION, STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS, and growing REGULATORY SCRUTINY, @Roblox is under pressure to demonstrate that its TRUST & SAFETY systems are effective.
But aggressive AI enforcement is not EFFECTIVE ENFORCEMENT.
When there is mass AI enforcement, FALSE POSITIVES can get innocent users TERMINATED, while getting a HUMAN REVIEW can be extremely difficult.
Roblox can report enforcement numbers and new safety measures, but those numbers mean NOTHING for users who are wrongly terminated and unable to get their cases properly reviewed.
If Roblox wants users, parents, regulators, and the courts to have confidence in its moderation, ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY have to matter too.

so i got my adroit dispute against roblox thrown out, turns out a real human at @Roblox sat down and verified that my account is falsely enforcement banned, then used that as a loophole to throw out the case, since i myself didnt break any rules it doesnt fall under adroit scope.

Roblox seems to have cut appeal attempts from 3 to 2 for CE (Child Safety/Endangerment) bans, yet the appeal bug and lack of clear ban reasons remain unfixed.
This reflects how incompetent Roblox's moderation team and staff are.

Unfortunately, Roblox support ignores regular users completely. But if you're a rich creator or have inside connections, they return hacked accounts and unban you instantly. The double standard is disgusting.

Hi @Roblox, I was falsely terminated 31 days ago.
I am confused and upset. It’s been 31 days and I haven’t received any human support
as well as no appeal response to my in-app appeal. My accounts collectively had well over $25,000 of robux, limiteds, and other items and it really sucks to be banned. I’m an aspiring developer and big time roblox player and I didn’t think my dreams would end here.
I'd appreciate if I got some support here.

Roblox has terminated my account, VAC9, along with others, including 314ne and unbait, for terrorism and extremism simply for wearing the Limited item Moon Seeing Stars. This not the first time this has happened as others were terminated in the past.
reminds me of when i spent $22 then got slimed the next day and lost 2.5m+ robux ($9.5k usd eval in devex) #robloxban
