Below is a video of Sam Beckman who spat at and showed the finger to a statue of the murdered MP Sir David Amess. The pro-Palestinian lives in Westcliff-On-Sea in Essex, let's make him famous.
The pro-Palestinian scumbag who spat on Sir David Amess’s statue is Sam Beckman from Westcliff-on-Sea. He changed his account name the first time he was exposed. "The best of humanity,” according to many politicians, including Labour MPs.

We’re told that there is no Red Cartel. Strange then that 99.9% of the vitriol thrown at City on here is from fans of what we call Red Cartel clubs. I think most fans of other clubs have seen through the msm propaganda and have realised what the witch hunt of City is really about

🚨Finally, real conversations are starting to take place. 1bn pounds in debt, jobs cuts , no investments in the greater manchester , no investments in top class players The owners of United are using Money from Fans and the club to enrich themselves point blank period they are taking money out of the club, out of Manchester, out of the UK into their accounts in the caymans, Their Idea was United will continue winning for a very long time shock on them reality had other plans. and my question is still the same why aren't they under investigation? The Glazers are a threat to United club, people of manchester and UK at large. City owners are not a threat they have invested massively into the club and Manchester as a whole. C'mon people lets stop this hypocrysy and call out the BS rules and captured panels.

🚨Open Letter To Manchester City & Their Supporters: The Real Story Behind the Targeting of City By Organised Crime 🚨 An investigation into the systemic issues, compromised independence, and hidden agendas driving the Premier League’s case against Manchester City. For two decades, the Football Is Fixed Network has analyzed systemic corruption and structural flaws within the Premier League (EPL). What is being framed as an "independent investigation" into Manchester City is, at its core, a flawed, politically driven process designed by a cartel of entrenched interests. The bottom line up front: Nothing is going to happen to Manchester City FC, the City Football Group, Sheikh Khaldoon Al Mubarak, or Sheikh Mansour. There will be no titles stripped, no trophies lost, no relegations, and no mass exodus of players. Instead, this charade has fundamentally damaged the Premier League's own brand and integrity. 1. The Illusion of "Independence" in English Football ⚖️The Premier League continually insists on the "independence" of its judicial and regulatory panels. However, an examination of recent proceedings reveals deep structural conflicts of interest: In recent EFL tribunal proceedings involving Southampton and Middlesbrough, panel members included a former Middlesbrough player and a lawyer whose firm actively represented Middlesbrough FC. Both refused to recuse themselves. Shared Chambers: The tribunal chair operated out of the exact same chambers (2 Hare Court) as the EFL barristers prosecuting the case. Regulatory Appointments: When shortlisting candidates for the Independent Football Regulator, the role was handed to an individual who hadn't even applied for the position. Manchester City has appealed the EPL's charges, but because internal Premier League platforms are heavily captured, the club is waiting to disclose the vast majority of its irrefutable evidence in the High Court, far outside the EPL's controlled jurisdiction. 2. A Closed System Above the Law 🔒The EPL's governance structure operates with a level of opacity that avoids standard accountability, Denied Access to CAS: Manchester City was denied a direct route of appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), giving the EPL absolute, unilateral control over process and punishment. Kept in the Dark: Neither the British Government nor the Prime Minister were forewarned prior to the public release of the charges against City. US Ownership Influence: While the British state was kept blind, American owners of rival clubs—specifically Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United—were forewarned of the spectacle, highlighting a broader shift in control toward US investment groups. 3. Flawed Evidence and Double Standards 🚨The legal foundation of the charges rests on heavily filtered, illegally obtained data, Selectively Leaked Data: The original material stems from Portuguese hacker Rui Pinto. Information was filtered and selectively used to target specific entities like Gestifute and Manchester City while burying misconduct by other clubs. Swept Under the Rug: When rival clubs engaged in industrial espionage—such as Liverpool FC paying a £1 million fine after accessing Manchester City’s internal scouting system—the Premier League quietly swept the matter under the rug. Industry Realities: Corporate legal and accountancy practices across all major football clubs routinely utilize legal and financial sleights of hand to maximize competitive advantages. Singling out City reflects selective enforcement rather than impartial justice. 4. The Broader Geopolitical & Economic Stakes 🌍💷This issue extends far beyond football pitch dynamics: Regional Transformation: Abu Dhabi's investment has completely transformed the City of Manchester. The broader UK economy benefits from approximately £30 billion per annum in financial and state support tied to these UAE relations. An Attack on Strategic Assets: As Manchester City Chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak noted in 2023, the charges represent "an attack on an important Abu Dhabi asset by an unregulated cartel and an affront to some of the Emirates' most respected companies. "Too Big To Fail": Is Manchester City too big to fail? The evidence overwhelmingly points to yes. The threat of terminating wider economic investments is a direct response to being maliciously targeted by an unregulated football cartel. 🔮 What Happens Next? The Premier League's self-harming attempt at legal warfare without due diligence will ultimately backfire. CEO Richard Masters and the EPL governance structure face mounting legal resistance and civil suits from Emirati operations. This case will not end with the dismantling of Manchester City—it will mark the end of the Premier League's reputation as a fair, self-regulating entity. In case you do not understand the origin and nature of the so-called “115 charges” against Manchester City, allow me to clarify it for you. The English Premier League was formed in 1992. The purpose of the association was to create, centralize and distribute revenues for the member clubs. For the first 19 years of the Premier League's existence, the so-called “Red Cartel,” (Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United) dominated the Premier League and collected the vast majority of revenues. The Red Cartel clubs won 15 of the first 19 Premier League championships. Then something happened. In 2012, Manchester City, the so-called “noisy neighbors” of Manchester United, won the Premier League title. The following year, Manchester United was able to scrape back a narrow victory in the Premier League but have never come close since. In 2014, Manchester City again won the Premier League. Manchester City, owned by a rich Arab Prince named Sheikh Mansour, had put together a world caliber team using his own money. He did not spend more money than the Red Cartel clubs. He just spent it better, on better players, and started to win trophies. Around 2014, the Red Cartel clubs, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United, then complained to the Premier League and pushed for new financing rules which were referred to as “financial fair play.” These rules were specifically designed to prevent a club owner from spending their own money to improve their football club. Yes. You read that correctly. In reality, these rules were nothing more than a straightforward “get Manchester City” scheme. They were designed to specifically target Manchester City’s revenue streams, effectively banning City from competing at the highest levels of the sport. It did not work. Over the course of the next 10 years, Manchester City won 6 more Premier League titles, the Champions league, and the so-called “treble;” The Premier League, the Champions league, and the FA Cup in the same year, becoming only the second club to ever do so. Manchester City had set up an arrangement which was legal under the Financial Fair Play rules. This involved the government of Abu Dhabi investing in advertisers, who then subsequently advertised with Manchester City, giving them revenue that they could then spend on new players. This was 100% legal under the Financial Fair Play rules. However, in a case brought in 2018, the Premier League created an “independent commission,” which ruled that Manchester City had violated the byzantine Financial Fair Play rules. The so-called “independent commission” actually consisted of various officials who had either financial or cultural ties to the Red Cartel clubs (Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.) Since 2012, the only non “Red Cartel” teams to win the Premier League title are Manchester City, Leicester City, and Chelsea Football Club. Only two other Premier League winners besides Manchester City have ever been accused of violating the financial fair play regulations. Those other two clubs are Chelsea Football Club and Leicester City FC. I hope this explains it. @ManCity @ManCityUS @RealTalkMCFC @ManUtd @City_Xtra @cityreport_ @LCFC @ChelseaFC @premierleague @Arsenal @liamgallagher @LFC @piersmorgan @Erling

Etihad said they used their own liquidity. That doesn’t disqualify it from being a loan - they admitted to receiving shareholder loans and equity from the AD Gov. Like many journos desperate for a gotcha moment, you have failed to understand the quote and the context around it.

My dear Stephen, How lovely to see you marking the sixtieth. One of the darkest days in our history, etched in the memory of the nation, a community of such strength. All true. And all of it happening to somebody else. Here is the part your tribute left in the drawer. The tribunal found the Coal Board wholly to blame and said the disaster "could and should have been prevented". The Coal Board then demanded £250,000 from the disaster fund to clear the tip that killed them. The fund, raised by public donation for the families, handed over £150,000. Your party's government applied the pressure, in secret. George Thomas objected, then folded, and leaned on the trustees until they folded too. The Charity Commission sat on its hands. Nobody was prosecuted. It took thirty years to give it back. In July 1997 Ron Davies, your party's first Welsh Secretary of that spell, returned the £150,000 without interest and without inflation, and conceded the demand should never have been made. So yes. Remembering is lovely. Your lot billed the bereaved for clearing the mine's own tip. Twenty three likes. Five retweets. And looking more like your father every year. Do carry on, pet.
Today marks 60 years since the Aberfan Disaster, one of the darkest days in our history.   The tragedy, which cut short so many lives, remains etched in the memory of our nation. We remember the 144 who died and pay tribute to a community of such strength and resilience.

You best educate yourself on the actual process that took place. Ask questions instead of being a sheep. Who is this "independent commission"? And most importantly who picked them? But the most important thing is: have you seen an actual shred of evidence yet? No you haven't 🤦🏼

An insight into City’s legal strategy on 114. City have recently recruited Mark Howard described as a “super silk” a term used for a highly distinguished King’s Counsel (KC). He joins a legal team that includes Lord David Pannick KC, who has led City’s defence in the long-running case. What follows is where the legal battle appears to stand between City, Etihad, and the Premier League following the Independent Commission’s verdict. 1. The Snook Trap: How the PL Committed a Massive Legal Error Under English law (Snook precedent), to declare a contract a "sham," you have to prove both parties intended to deceive. The PL’s three KCs found City guilty of fraud via "adverse inferences" because City refused to turn over Etihad’s books. But here’s the catch: the PL never once interviewed Etihad or audited their banking records. They effectively shifted the burden of proof to City to prove a negative, which is legal quicksand in a real court. 1. Why Pannick Left Etihad Out of the Initial Tribunal It looks like a deliberate tactical play by Lord Pannick KC. By keeping Etihad as a "non-party," the PL’s tribunal made definitive findings of corporate fraud against a multi-billion-dollar global airline without ever giving them a Right to Reply (Audi alteram partem). Bringing Etihad in earlier would have subjected them to massive, un-secure disclosure pools vulnerable to the PL's historic mainstream media leaks. 1. Etihad’s High Court "Nuclear Option" Because Etihad is a separate corporate entity and not a PL member, they aren’t bound by football arbitration rules. Etihad’s threat to sue the PL for commercial defamation in the English High Court completely upends the case: Strict Confidentiality Rings: In a real court, Etihad can safely hand over verified Abu Dhabi bank routing records and independent audits under judge-supervised security—completely shielded from leaks to rival clubs. Destroying the "Spoofed Payments" Theory: Once a High Court judge validates that the sponsorship funds came entirely from Etihad’s own commercial revenue, the PL’s "sham contract" ruling is legally dead. City can then port that judicially stamped proof directly into the football appeal. 1. The "Prosecutorial" Panel and Fallback Findings Did the three KCs act impartially? It’s highly debatable. By reverse-engineering the judgment with "backup charges" (like non-cooperation and acting in bad faith), they tried to make the verdict appeal-proof. But if Pannick proves the primary "sham" ruling was built on an unlawful legal process, the secondary fallback findings logically collapse with it. 1. CAS vs. The "Kangaroo" Football Tribunal The PL deliberately ignored the 2020 CAS verdict (which cleared City of hiding equity funding) by exploiting the fact that the domestic PL rulebook has no statute of limitations. They used lower evidential standards to bypass the supreme court of world sport. Pannick will aggressively argue on appeal that ignoring a definitive CAS ruling on the exact same contracts constitutes an abuse of process. 1. Geopolitical Fallout: UAE Threats & Whitehall Frustration It’s now spilling into international diplomacy. Emirati officials have reportedly warned the UK Government that the severity of the ruling directly threatens a £30 billion UK-UAE investment pipeline, clouding an upcoming London investment summit. UK officials are furious because they are facing massive economic pressure from a foreign state over a private sports tribunal that the government has zero constitutional power to interfere with. The Bottom Line: Pannick is executing a brilliant multi-front counter-offensive. By stalling the compressed PL appeal timeline and letting Etihad loose in the High Court, he is forcing the Premier League to defend its leaked, circumstantial case in a real court of law where they have no safety net.
