🚨 CHINA'S AI BUBBLE IS BURSTING Almost ¥23.5 TRILLION has been wiped out from the Chinese stock market from its 2026 peak, as it has entered bear market territory. And AI is taking the biggest hit. China's STAR50 index has crashed 40% in less than four months, wiping out ¥3.2 Trillion. Some of the biggest AI stocks have suffered even worse losses: • Unitree: Down nearly 50%. • CXMT: Down over 25% in a month. • Zhongji Innolight and Eoptolink: Down around 60%. But why is China's AI market collapsing? 1. Extreme valuations: AI stocks have become so expensive that even strong future growth can't justify their prices. 2. Weakening confidence in AI demand: Investors are questioning whether companies can generate enough profits from the massive spending on AI. 3. US restrictions: Fears of new restrictions on Chinese technology entering American data centers are hurting chipmakers and suppliers. 4. Speculative buying: According to Goldman Sachs, AI stocks accounted for 57% of trading activity across the Chinese markets it examined, leaving investors heavily exposed when selling began. And here's what's really shocking. Even after the crash, China's STAR50 trades at roughly 100 times earnings, compared with around 30 times for the Nasdaq 100. This means that the Chinese stock market crash may not be over yet, and there's still more pain ahead.

🇺🇸 JUST IN: Fed Chair Kevin Warsh says inflation has been above the 2% target for nearly SIX years. Warsh said "inflation is too high," as the Fed held rates at 3.75% to 4%. "It's our responsibility to get inflation down," the Fed Chair said. He also announced changes to the Fed's meeting schedule, among other key points from his press conference: 1. One meeting in 2027 will have no rate vote, and only 6 of 8 are expected to set policy in 2028 2. No hint on December, as Warsh doesn't believe in forward guidance absent a crisis 3. Rates are having an effect on tech, including AI 4. Most Fed officials don't think the economy is running too hot 5. Politics played no role in the decision, six days before the midterms

🚨 SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY OFF ABOUT GOOGLE'S QUANTUM WARNING. Just seven months after warning that quantum computers could threaten Bitcoin's security, Google is entering the crypto custody security business. In March, Google published research suggesting that future quantum computers could break Bitcoin's cryptography much sooner than previously expected. Its researchers estimated that certain Bitcoin private keys could potentially be cracked in minutes using far less computing power than earlier estimates suggested. The research raised serious concerns about Bitcoin's long term security and the possibility of quantum attacks arriving sooner than expected. Now, Google has announced a new security service for banks and financial institutions to protect private keys and secure transactions involving Bitcoin and tokenized assets. The service is expected to launch commercially in 2027, with potential support for quantum-resistant security in the future. And Google is already one of the world's leading companies in quantum computing. So the same company warning the crypto industry about quantum threats is now positioning itself to make money from securing institutional crypto assets. Did Google's quantum research unintentionally create demand for its new business or it was intended?
BREAKING: 🇺🇸 Google is now building crypto security for banks. Google has unveiled a new system that lets banks securely store and send Bitcoin and tokenized assets, with a full launch planned for early 2027.

INSIGHT: Google searches for Bitcoin have plunged to a FIVE-YEAR LOW as $BTC trades near $81,000. Similar lows in September 2023 and September 2024 coincided with local Bitcoin price BOTTOMS. Retail interest in crypto FADING: - Robinhood's crypto revenue plunged 55% year over year to $120 MILLION in Q3 - Bitcoin wallets holding a balance declined by roughly 30,000 since October 16. Some analysts see this retail disinterest as a BULLISH signal, suggesting selling pressure may be easing. However, a bottom remains unconfirmed, with $80,000 emerging as a critical level as markets digest the Fed rate decision and midterms election.
