Today at 2:30pm we have a meeting of the #LoanCharge & #TaxpayerFairness APPG on the ‘agency provisions’ in Section 44 of ITEPA 2003. #HMRC should have collected PAYE from agencies/payment intermediaries but failed to do so. Had they done, there was no need for the #LoanCharge.
