After a rousing, artistic keynote, @thatpsychprof and I further discussed issues around OER and 5Rs. In it bringing up ways in which the technology allowed for 1 of the Rs, but was forcibly disabled. If tech can be warped philosophically to hijack 1 R, the rest are at risk.
