I like that the discourse has moved to the point where we don’t even have to discuss *why* someone would be in jail if there were a different president.
We just assert confidently that they would be.
On the Bulwak podcast, Kara Swisher says Elon might already be in jail under Kamala Harris, and "he knows what's coming for him."
Another one to put in the "what Democrats plan to do if they take power" file:
"If Donald Trump loses the House and the Senate, I would worry. I'd be worried if I were him."
"So they're going to start investigating again. You think he's not on the list? He's at the top of that list."
"He has a very big sense of fate. And I think it's coming for him. And real hard."
They're all just saying this stuff out loud now. There are no secrets about what they want to do.

I can tell you exactly what will happen if Democrats regain power: They will use your money to fly deported illegal aliens back to America and pay them settlements. Lars: "We're trying to get Cybercabs to customers by the end of this year, 2026. We're producing them on our line in Texas, but all of those are currently going to our own internal Robotaxi fleet. As Tesla grows, we'll mainly deliver fully designed autonomous vehicles to our customers and Cybercab will be the first. We'll start small this year, and as we learn about all the things Ashok mentioned about delivery, ownership, fleet management and autonomous vehicles in customer hands, we'll continue to scale that."
Elon: "Cybercab is primarily something that is offered as transport as a service, whereas our other cars would be more the cars that you'd want to own, like Model 3/Y and Roadster. The vast majority of the Cybercab stuff will be Tesla-owned and transport as a service."

The case went from Judge John Holcomb to Judge David O. Carter after it was tagged as "related" to an earlier voter-roll case
Carter is the same judge who THREW OUT the DOJ's voter-roll lawsuit against California, and wouldn't let the DOJ refile it
Two weeks before Election Day, the fate of 20,000 ballots now sits with a judge who's already sided with California cheaters!

Italian courts guaranteed 3 of the 4 African men who raped a dying 16 year old girl will walk free.
After Desirée Mariottini was drugged, gang raped and left dying in a Rome drug den in October 2018, police arrested West African dealers Mamadou Gara, Brian Minthe, Alinno Chima and Yusif Salia.
But when the 2024 appeals court reclassified the killing it dropped Gara’s life sentence to 22 years and reduced the others. Italy’s top court made it final that October.

My two cents:
- the cat is out of the bag 🎉
- Elon did perfect communication. He is conflicted, can't intervene. ✅
- the two Special Committees are hard at work. That's how it has to be. Difficult to find the equilibrium. Fight guys, fight for us! 🥷
- the vote is ultra important. To sooth it, the premium has to be right. We only have one go at this. 💰
We are not as far as I hoped, but we are further than this morning.
This will happen, no doubt in my mind. Now for all of us to help fight for this. Will reach out soon with ideas.

2. Let's use the Dec 3 vote to prepare the next one (will send out surveys soon):
a) gather information who could vote easily, will help others to choose recommendable brokers
b) gather information who signed up and for which option for the Voluntary Retail Voting Program
c) understand who still has issues voting and try to solve these for the Dec vote. Make early and easy implementable recommendations to improve all for the second vote
