have you heard of programmify builder internship? the future belongs to people like this, persuasive, proactive, and unstoppable. that's the essence of programmify builder interns: high-agency learners with a founder's mindset, building their own paths.
I just hired an intern exactly like this 2 months back remotely. Never met him, but he is persuasive and pro-active in his work. Was unpaid, but seeing the quality of his work, I had to immediately provision Rs 20K a month as stipend. Now we want to hire him full-time and we are waiting for his graduation. Some people are meant to thrive and succeed. I enjoy working with such students from non-IIT backgrounds.

From NY to Africa, Hass's virtual session with our builder interns yesterday was something special. You could feel the passion in every word. Interns engaged 2x as much as we expected. When young builders meet people who truly care about their journey, growth happens naturally.
