The more I learn about Physical AI, the more one problem stands out to me: AI cannot understand places it has never properly seen.
We have models getting smarter every day, but robots still need detailed information about the environments they are expected to navigate.
That is where @vangrid_io caught my attention.
Instead of depending entirely on expensive mapping equipment, Vangrid turns ordinary smartphones into a distributed capture network.
Someone can request data from a specific location, a contributor captures it, and the footage is transformed into structured 3D data with verifiable provenance on Base.
What I find interesting is the on-demand approach. Data is collected because someone actually needs it, not simply because a place happens to be on a mapping route.
I believe this kind of infrastructure could become increasingly important as Physical AI moves from controlled environments into everyday life.
The models are getting smarter. Now they need a better picture of our world.

When I look at a token launch, I don't just focus on how people buy in. I'm also interested in what the experience looks like after the purchase.
That's one part of @RebateLaunch I find worth exploring.
Its USDG holder payout system takes a different route from reward models that require staking, locking assets, or submitting manual claims. Eligible holders can receive their payouts straight into their wallets without going through those extra steps.
Of course, understanding who qualifies and how distributions work is still important.
The platform also connects several features to the wider launch experience:

What stands out to me is that the model considers activity beyond the moment a token goes live. It creates a reward structure that links purchases with incentives for holders.
However, rewards should never be the only reason to consider a project. People still need to examine the token, understand its mechanics, and assess the risks involved.
A launchpad can make participation more accessible, but it cannot guarantee that a token will succeed or that its ecosystem will attract lasting demand.

Last Tuesday I almost lost a client. I forwarded their email to my VA without reading it properly, and hidden between polite greetings was a line asking her to cancel our contract.
She did it immediately. It took me three hours to figure out what actually happened.
AI agents with wallets do this every day. In May, someone hid a transfer command in Morse code inside a regular tweet, and an agent executed it instantly.
Grok translated the dots and dashes, and Bankrbot treated it as a valid order. $200,000 was gone just like that.
That is prompt injection. The AI reads something it shouldn't obey, but obeys it anyway because it relies on one model with one filter.
@GenLayer fixes this with Greyboxing. Every validator rewrites the input using secret defenses before any model even sees it.
A Morse code trick needs exact formatting to work. When five different validators scramble that text independently, the malicious instruction just collapses into gibberish.
If one validator still gets confused by the rewrite, the others simply outvote it. The attacker can no longer rehearse against a single predictable target.
What is one automated task you would never trust an AI to handle without a human double checking the raw input first?

Saw the HyperEVM date from @RebateLaunch.
