I will share our Discord below. You can feel free to report payout denials (with evidence) here and you can also chat with other prop traders.
Remember we are stronger in numbers.

- Last October, there was a wave of denied and delayed payouts.
- In December, it was revealed that Nic [co founder] had sued them.
- This year, they implemented an"EMR" system, which unjustly breached numerous accounts and led to many denied payouts.
- During their transition to Voyage Markets last week, accounts were breached without being used, and despite fixing the issue, their platform continued to have problems, leading to more accounts being breached due to stop losses not being activated.
- This week a new wave of denied and delayed payouts has emerged
- There's speculation that TFT is experiencing financial difficulties, which makes sense if we read the accusations from NIC against Angelo for mismanagement of the company's funds.

Can you briefly summarize in English what's going on?
Out of the loop
Never used that firm but have seen tons of complaints on traders being denied payouts for no reason.
I know it’s different for everyone but to be clear, when I talk about “hidden” rules I mean rules that are NOT clear or well defined and often buried within T&C’s
Example: we do not accept gambling
This means something different to each person and can be interpreted loosely

The Funded Trader has been suspended from Propfirmmatch.com. The suspension is due to a significant number of complaints and instances of payout denials reported on Trustpilot, through social media, and directly to Propfirmmatch. Note that we have not verified any individual case, however, the volume of negative incidents falls short of the standards we maintain for firms listed on Propfirmmatch. The decision is not final but requires a proper resolution of ongoing issues and fair compensation for affected traders to be reconsidered.
So firms will just keep denying payouts? Because no one wants to be the first to change the model THEY created that is not sustainable?
And some firms had the nerve to come on this app and mock people who tried to warn about this 🤦🏻♂️ dear Lord this industry is a fucking MESS

If you guys think TFT is the only firm who will suffer from creating an unsustainable product, you’re gonna be in for a BIG shock soon.
Also since no one else wants to say it. Shame on you @kimmeltrading and @TradeConnectVVS. Built your whole careers on “exposing” firms only to get into the exact same business for a quick dollar. Haven’t heard a word from either of you on recent events with TFT. No shock there.
But It’s not so fun when those tables turn is it? Integrity is everything and people in this industry don’t forgive and forget easily.
Boy is he going to be in for a surprise when this gets into the right hands.
Data laws are no joke.

Just wanted to quickly say thank you to every person who reached out in support yesterday. It means a lot. We will be OK and up again soon.
I want to be honest about the current situation at hand.
Our website was targeted yesterday along with an anonymous threat that if we didn’t keep our website down the identity of a few team members would be released (there’s been attention on one individual).
This actually isn’t the first threat we have received like this one, but it was the most specific and we believe the person who made it will likely make good on it, so we felt the need to address it now.
For the record, we fully stand by every single person on our team. We wouldn’t work with anyone who we didn’t feel was 100% committed to making the industry better. We will also never comment publicly on the identity of any team members (regardless of what is said online) as it violates their privacy to do so.
We wont be online as much this week - do not be concerned. Discord is still open for reports and discussion. We’ll be back and better next week.
What a disappointing day.
As our platform is completely free (& run manually) we simply don’t have the resources to fight ongoing threats & targeted attacks
Website is currently down. I’ll be taking the next week or so offline & will then update
I’m sorry.
Which prop firm owner is this 🤣💀
This is why responses to reports on our platform are welcome and appreciated from firms.
It will also help set more clear expectations for traders

Payout denials are not always wrong. Sometimes traders are truly breaking rules, here are just a few examples:
-traders who didn't understand the rule, then broke it
-traders attempting to "cheat the system"
-those who didn't fully read all stipulations
Here's what we're adding to PropSafe.io within the next month:
-rule breakdown by firm
-ongoing best promos (the cheapest link/coupon to purchase - this will never be an affiliate link that compensates us)
-best practice checklist to avoid payout denials
Just to quickly point out.
Payout denial reports don't automatically mean a company is a scam. Some reports may be for valid reasons, which is why in time we will break down statistics.
It's best to look at percentages and comparisons when considering if a firm is good to use
Public offer to prop firms
By May 1st, maintain a low denial rate on our platform for a verified badge & link next to your profile
We will take no commission. Instead I ask that you pass on those savings to the trader & give them the best price possible
Tag your favourite firm
Here’s what I want to achieve with PropSafe: for traders to get paid when they follow the rules
And in order to get there we need real transparency and an extremely CLEAR understanding of what traders can and cannot do
This is better for both firms and traders

It’s in the Trader Stats section :) we’re waiting for one month of data before the updates begin but the section is there
Over 85K in payout denial reports just posted to propsafe.io
You can check them out on the homepage and under reports. We will now have daily updates going forward
Effective immediately we will no longer reach out to firms for comment before posting reports.
We will still verify every report is authentic, to the best of ability, prior to posting. Firms can always respond to correct inaccuracies using the form on our website.
This change aims to help establish privacy law compliance standards for the firms.
