Excellent afternoon @shiregin distilling our own jaffa cake flavoured gin.

Privileged to be part of the @WalesHockey coaching set-up this week for the @Wrld_Mstrs_Hcky 65s, 70s & 75s Euros in Valencia. Home tomorrow but back again soon with the o60s for their Euros! Can't wait to see how that pans out - in temperatures hovering between 28 & 32C

Finished product: weighing in at 44.4% ABV, heaviest in class!

From small drips, 70cl bottles will flow....

Going for a combination of strawberry, pink peppercorn, lime, kaffir lime & ginger.... as well as the base juniper, coriander & angelica...

Whiling away the afternoon distilling our own gin at @3wrensgin

Perfect timing for the weekend: converted a beer voucher gifted for my birthday (and added to it slightly) from the Real Ale Store in Newark... What to choose first?

Home from the Masters Home Nations in Swansea after three strong performances. Pleasure to coach @WalesHockey M60s. Looking forward immensely to the Euros in Valencia.

Home after a good🥈 for @HockeyWales M60s at the Celtic Cup at St Germain en Laye: narrow 1-0 defeat to 🇨🇵 in the final after some strong performances in the group. On to the Home Nations in Swansea in mid-May.

At St Germain-en-Laye watching @HockeyWales M65s prepare for their second group game, this time against the hosts. If you think a 9am pb is early, the 60s play at 8am tomorrow!
