3 strikes and you're out.
If you're looking for an "argument" I have rules.

If after 3 exchanges I consider you to be arguing in bad faith - strawmen, whataboutery, ignoring actual content, etc - I routinely block. Life's too short😎

Thomas Massie says he'll have the 218 signatures next week to force a House vote on a new Epstein files bill.
It would let survivors get their own records and let state attorneys general prosecute.

Shame on all the people , mostly men, for enabling this travesty. It’s a total joke

One evening, President Obama
and his wife Michelle decide
to break the routine and have dinner in an ordinary, not luxurious, restaurant.
Once seated, the restaurant owner asked the President's Secret Service for permission to speak to the First Lady.
In private. They agreed and Michelle had a conversation with him.
Following the conversation,
The President asks Michelle why he wanted to talk to her. She replies that when she was a teenager, he was madly in love with her.
The President then said
"So if you had married him,
"You would be the owner of this charming restaurant today,"
to which she replies:
"No, if I had married him, he would be President."

Owen Jones doesn’t half pick ‘em.
From furiously insisting Huw Edwards was the victim of a media witch-hunt, to cuddling Russell Brand on stage. One’s now a convicted ped°phile, the other’s just been found guilty of rape.
You really can judge a man by the company he keeps.

Please don’t share this. Talcum X has often judged folx by the company they keep or celebrate; we shouldn’t now do it to him.
Thank you 💋

so @elonmusk took the company that popularised expensive ev cars and developed a electric trash can, lied about fsd, lied about going to mars, stole tech from openai to make grok, destroyed a leading american social media company and now is going to destroy his starlink service.

Everything is branded with "AI", so it is basically meaningless to claim something is done with AI. Look at the patents for this product, it is just simple machine vision and robotics. No AI, just old school machine learning.

It gave us modern new rolling stock, record passenger numbers and the safest railways in Europe cf state-owned Spain. Other than that a complete failure.

Be a journalist and actually look at the still private companies. Let's not pretend privatisation has been a roaring success.

The fault, dear Brutus, lies not in AI, but in ourselves.
(ChatGPT did not do this, I'm pretty sure)

Minor in scheme of things.
But had to "apologise" to Brand who threatened me with lawyers at Guardian in 2014.
The correction read "This article was amended on 31 October 2014. An earlier version said 'A lot of what he says is ghostwritten sub-Chomskyian woo'. This has been corrected."

In the land of Shakespeare, drama isn’t even a subject in its own right. Ridiculous. It has the lowly status of pedagogical tool or a ‘module’ within English.
“The full national curriculum is expected to be published later this year. Powell said it would include adding drama as “a distinct module [in English] in key stage 3 for the first time” ‘a module ffs’
