ALT what autistic shutdown actually is: autistic shutdown happens when the nervous system has been overwhelmed for too long, and cannot keep going. instead of exploding outward, the body shuts down into a low-energy, protective state. a person in shutdown may: stop speaking. withdraw socially. feel frosen or numb. struggle to think or respond. THIS IS NOT A CHOICE. it's not manipulation. it's not "checking out." is the body trying to survive.

I don't give grace to people who try to assassinate my character, lie on my name, twist my words, rewrite history, play victim after provoking me, recruit others to misunderstand me, sabotage my growth, or disguise jealousy as concern. I don't reward calculated disrespect.📚💯
