Do your listeners a favour and slap a de-esser on your hosts vocal chain, not to mention something for clicks and plosives. Those harsh 's' sounds and mouth clicks are a huge distraction.
Don't have the budget for a de-ess plugin? Take the stock EQ of your DAW and sidechain the treble (the exact shelf freq will depend on your host's voice) to a stock compressor, adjusting the threshold to taste, etc. #unsolicitedaudioadvice
