Big fan of this signing. Black started out at University of Charleston (WV) before transferring to California (PA). Had 6,030 total yards & 57 TD in just 2 seasons there. Won all kinds of awards & honors. Was a backup in Fishers & SD in #IFL but now gets a fresh chance in SWK.

A key piece to the Storm offense is here. At 6’5”, 225 lbs, Davis Black brings a BIG frame and a BIG arm to the quarterback room. With the intelligence and arm talent to make big things happen, Black is ready to join the hunt for another ring. Welcome to SWK, Davis!

Sitting in a senior leadership meeting planning the @TheUFL 2027 season, one thing is becoming very clear. The right market. The right sized venue. A passionate fan base. That’s the WINNING formula. I have a hard time seeing us back at Protective Stadium next year. It goes against one of the biggest principles we’re building this league around……. smaller stadiums, packed houses, real energy and a true home field atmosphere. Birmingham, I am looking and need options and ideas.

Congratulations to the @columbuslions on their Championship victory. @Wheeling_Miners were in it until the final moments. Great game by both teams with the game being within 2 points with less than 10 seconds left. @ArenaAmerican has officially completed their 2026 season and we want to hear your letter grade for their inaugural season.
