Is there anything in the world brighter than the sun? He doesn't know, so he sets out in search of an answer, wandering where night meets day and the sun rises as the moon sets. Yet nothing he finds seems quite right. The world holds countless wonders, but to him, something is always missing. At last, caked in mud, he finds his way out from underground and returns from the wasteland to where it all began. He knows you're waiting for him. He had hoped to bring you the brightest thing in the world, but he's come back empty-handed. Will you be disappointed? His spirits sink at the thought. But as he looks up to meet your gaze, the sun rises. Its light washes over him and glimmers in his eyes. All along, he has carried a light of his own. He finds his answer in coming home. "Be your own sun, and the light that gives us hope." —Happy Activation Date, Kamui!
