📣 Our program is final: from server-side to performance, from Swift 6 to SwiftUI, from architecture to embedded, and from Apple Intelligence to scripting, there's something for everyone to dive into!
Well, except parachutes. We can disclose we'll not be jumping with parachutes.

Here are three interesting situations that came up migrating KeyboardKit to Swift 6 strict concurrency. It’s a small UI framework that runs only on the main thread, so was a great simplified test case. douglashill.co/keyboardkit-s…
Stefan wrote about a crash at launch we saw when using Xcode 16 that was related to the mysterious libRPAC. We debugged this during a very productive WWDC lab last month, where we learned some useful DYLD environment variables. pspdfkit.com/blog/2024/dynam…
Over on our company blog, we just posted my exploration into how a modern Swift programming mindset clashes with Objective-C’s NSCopying protocol. pspdfkit.com/blog/2024/nscop…

It’s iPad hype day, so after many thousands of hours using the 2018 iPad Pro as my main computer, I wanted to consider what hardware a new iPad should have to last as my main computer from now until 2030. douglashill.co/five-years-wi…
We’re looking for an experienced developer to join my team making PSPDFKit and PDF Viewer. We make a document SDK for iOS, macOS and visionOS. Expect challenging API design tasks and deep debugging sessions in a small, collaborative, remote team. pspdfkit.bamboohr.com/career…
I feel I must be missing something, but I can’t find any info saying Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) for education and businesses is available for in-app purchases and subscriptions. Are there even any paid-up-front apps anymore?
Not fully understanding the new beta installation flow. I’m signed into my personal account (not my developer account) and given the option to change accounts, but not sure what difference this would make. cdn.uploads.micro.blog/97061…

I noticed this WWDC session (and probably others) never says “Vision”. Always “this platform”. Secrecy at work! developer.apple.com/wwdc23/1…
Looking back at old photo albums, for some reason I have one called “WWDC highlights” containing only these three photos, one each from 2019, 2018 and 2017. Because of course the vegetarian boxed lunches were… the highlight of the week? cdn.uploads.micro.blog/97061…
