We have retained @heitner to pursue all legal remedies as it pertains to our client, Marquez Tatum, and his treatment by the FIU athletic department.
The alleged actions/inactions of FIU as it relates to Marquez are outrageous and can not be tolerated.
FAIR Sports takes pride in not only promoting its players, but also protecting them from the injustices that occur in College Sports today, like those alleged in the statement below.
Thank you Darren for all you do and for helping Marquez fight for his eligibility.

God, I’m so thankful for how you move on my behalf. Without me realizing it you always show me what’s for me verses what’s not. Continue to show me your ways instead of my own dear God. I give you full control. Make whatever adjustments you feel are necessary for me God. Amen🩷

Dear God, give me discipline to handle the things I’m asking for in this season. Remove anything that doesn’t belong in the path you’ve created for me. For I know your removal is your divine protection God. Continue to keep me as you always have. I’m thankful for you God. Amen🩷
