Um dia os fogos de artifício de Abu Dhabi iluminarão o céu para Oscar Piastri.

I’m sorry to quote you but this the real problem within Piastrihive. Any fan of any driver would have been tweeting their opinion and anger about something like but WE need to shut up because it’s “p7”. Even if it was for p22 I would’ve open my big mouth and defend my driver over anyone else. I’m tired of this nonsense of keep it cool when shit has been played in our face

Pl stop this. We are fighting for p7 here. Not for podiums. So let it go. It didn't matter at the end.

not that I particularly care but how did the repercussions everyone was spouting after singapore end up with oscar getting told to swap

on twitter if you’re upset your driver got team ordered + lied to + pit into traffic they kill you

“this is normal” 1. so is my madness 2. being lied to so you’d let your teammate pass is not normal

it’s not the team orders lando was faster okay whatever have a cookie man it’s how he was lied to and again their timing when it comes to oscar pitstops is always ABYSMAL they always send him in the middle of a backmarkers pack

oscar showing why his defense and w2w abilities are among the best on the grid even during a race where he goes through mclaren mandated superhell #WETAKETHOSE

One would think last season could, at least, teach them the art of transparency with their own drivers, but we're still playing games apparently

and i don’t care if they changed plans as the race went on because they saw oscar could go to the end or whatever. they essentially lied or made something up in order to make the swap easy and that does not sit right with me at all
q@hoodieoscar19h
maybe the different strategy was the friends we made along the way

i hope we get an answer to why both engineers lied about the two mclarens being on different strategies, especially for oscar, since it’s how they got him to not even try to object to the swap

and let’s not forget to address how they pitted one car straight into the worst possible traffic

“different strategy” and it’s putting them on the same tire but pitting one of their drivers into traffic

i envy the version of me that lives in a universe where he never gave oscar’s position back in hungary 2024

mate they genuinely JUST swapped the cars to benefit lando u can't be serious 😭😭
marion¹@pitlanelando21h
so they gave pit priority to the slower car and a slow pitstop to the faster car, and then wonder why people get hateful on the internet. people have had ENOUGH ????

i understand what zak said is true, and objective. but i also think that’s not how you speak of your driver, repeatedly, especially when competent people keep pointing out how oscar has to actively go against his driving style in order to drive this horrible car
