Life is full of challenges.
Excessive eating is challenging, but so is eating to moderation.
An atrophying body is challenging, but so is exercising it every day.
Choose the challenge that makes you stronger.
Once you break through the next plateau, you'll never be the same and you'll look at the world, and yourself, in a whole new way.
Who do you want to be? Define it. Write it down. Create new habits and make it happen.
An undefined life is full of hesitancy and mediocrity.
You have agency—use it!
To lead is to see a problem as an opportunity for action.
Instead of "if you see something, say something" imagine it was "if you see something, do something."
When you see something that needs to be done, do it. Don't wait. Don't hesitate. Don't put it off until later.
A job is only an opportunity if it produces a situation in which it is possible for you to do something that you want to do.
If you want to live a long life, become more aware of the present moment and intentionally fill that moment with the people and the activities that you love. Life is only as short as you perceive it to be.
Don't put off until tomorrow what you know you want to do today, as tomorrow may be filled with the added challenge of despair and disbelief at how long you've waited.
What can you do better than 99.999% of the rest of us?
That would put you in an exclusive group of around 80,000 people who could do it better.
