Today's crowded urban road networks are only viable because of road users who walk, cycle or use public transport. If all were to drive then gridlock would follow. It makes sense for drivers to welcome urban/village 20mph limits to maintain the viability of their own mobility choice.

Today’s EPA announcement ignores the blindingly obvious reality of the climate crisis and sidelines the EPA’s own scientists and lawyers in favor of the interests and profits of the fossil fuel industry.
