@TheRAC_UK I understand delays happen but your service is shocking
ETA times are no way near truthful
Constantly changing
After waiting 3+ hours still shows ETA an hour in the past, and on phone just been told within next 6-7 hours

The virus is clearly out of control.
It’s not good enough for the Prime Minister to hint at further restrictions at unspecified times and then do nothing.
He must put national restrictions in place within the next 24 hours.
No more dither, no more delay.
Still no items in question
What a joke of a company
No decency, they take your money and that's all that matters.

@IdealWorldTV is it usual for simple customer care to not exist with your company?
All I want to know is when your going to ship my order out. It's now exactly a week, you've took my money but not sent the costly items in the order
I've had no response through DM or by phone 😠😠

CANAL DRAMA: One of our courageous cops leapt into the freezing waters of a #Wolverhampton canal this morning to save a woman. She was pulled to safety. The PC showered, changed into his spare uniform...and got back on patrol! Good work!
I'm very annoyed at the poor customer service that I have just had from First Potteries buses customer care team, due to their app issue and wrong information I've had to pay 14% more £50 overall Ben customer services said tough and did not give a damn @potteriesbuses #annoyed
