People will try and mock me over OneBC's election performance as if we had the same budget and infrastructure as the CPBC or NDP and failed. Guys...we had a tiny fraction of the budget of other parties and little infrastructure to organize candidates in 93 ridings. At one point we had candidates lined up for 75 ridings. But people with full-time jobs, especially in rural ridings understandably have a difficult time filling out all the paperwork and getting 75 signatures (really over 100 since some are inevitably invalid) in a week or less. So over 70 candidates given election packages dropped from people having to pull out, or not being able to meet the tight deadline. In some areas we went through 2 or 3 people who understandably couldn't find the time to put together a campaign. I get it, they were all very nice and honourable people but life obviously got in the way of a snap election campaign. OneBC's plan if the election was in 2028 was to take a year to set up party boards in every riding and then go into election readiness mode for the year after that. Then everything could be decentralized and each board could nominated their candidate and build the campaign around their board members. But Eby decided to politically execute himself and make himself the chief villain of the snap election and completely box out any conversation past "who can beat Eby the easiest because we all hate him." So now we are in a situation where OneBC will move forward having to act as a watchdog on the CPBC government from outside of the legislature and try and push them to be more Conservative while we start trying to build CA boards after giving voters a much needed break from political chaos. At the end of the day I'm very proud of @Dallas_Brodie and the OneBC team. Dallas stood up to so many pressures that would have broken most people and was able to carry on with a smile. Those who attack Dallas Brodie should remember that they live in the political world she helped create through punching a hole through many Left-wing political taboos other Conservatives were too scared to touch, and unfortunately many are still too afraid to touch. I would do it all over again for her and the team. They were the men and women in the arena who kept pushing to create political and cultural change in BC while being sneered at by those who only care about election outcomes and nothing past that. Even in this election OneBC has served the role of holding up a rhetorical measuring stick to the agenda of the new government. Regardless of votes we put forward an alternative plan can can be looked to by grassroots Conservatives as a better standard for what the government should be aiming to do if the changes implemented fall short of the results voters wanted to see.

The guy who stole almost half of my website without credit, then humiliated me and claimed I stole HIS website, claimed that Bolsonaro had a 100% chance of victory. Then Lula won. LMAOOO

Halle-LULA!
Lula pulled off a historic comeback in Brazil. Despite right-wing voter suppression tactics deployed across the country, further online suppression by Meta, and the US backing his opponent, he’s projected to win 51-48.

Call me crazy but 4% in your own riding isn't really a win
Few seem to understand the biggest winner in BC politics this year was @Dallas_Brodie A truly courageous leader who put truth over popularity and position. She made the platform of the BC Conservatives possible by opening the Overton window in the legislature and holding them accountable for the last two years. If we’re all extremely lucky, we have not seen the last of Brodie in the political realm.

URGENT🚨: We’re witnessing unprecedented voter suppression here in Brazil. Far-right governors are targeting the poor & the marginalized – & shutting down their access to polling stations. We must wake up! Whether it’s Trump or Bolsonaro, authoritarians fear the people’s voice!
BREAKING 🇧🇷 The Supreme Court of Brazil has recognized Bolsonaro’s widespread effort to suppress the popular vote by shutting down public transit – and extended the vote by 2 hours. But scores of stations have already closed – and cannot now reopen to the public.
