I do, particularly historical churches - this is from a 2017 visit to Temple Church in London. I’m not religious, but for centuries, the history of the Church in Europe was the history of the people. I think of all the people who have been there when I visit.

May I suggest the cafeteria at the WWII Museum in New Orleans? Their dogs are made in house. That’s a standard 15-oz can for scale.
