Totally agree with @LeBrunJames81: @AuschwitzMuseum is the most important account to follow here. Many times I cry reading posts of those put to death and ponder the impact their lives would have had on humanity. šŸ’”šŸ˜”šŸ•Æļø #NeverForget

Astra said of this composition: ā€œWhat Cannot Be Takenā€ is composed around a defiant piano theme, carrying it through doubt, an octave climax, and a quiet turn toward light.

Thank you for using your superpowers for good Kath… šŸ¤ŸšŸ«‚
Got a cheap embroidery machine off amazon for $300 where the biggest complaint is the mandatory $12/mo app that you’re forced to use. Had ChatGPT create its own app that communicates with the machine. Generative art patches incoming!

These events from the summer of 2025 still bring me to tears. There’s something extraordinary about storytelling that reaches beyond the boundaries of the story itself. We experience it through literature, music, and cinema. But an RPG adds another dimension. You aren’t simply witnessing the story. You’re making decisions that determine what happens to someone you’ve come to care about. That’s the difference between a game you play and a story that becomes part of your life. That’s Knights Demplar RPG. āš”ļøšŸ•ŠļøšŸŒø @DemplarOfficial

"The Collapse" - The Old Man šŸ‘»šŸŽƒ Hallowplar Tales [EVENT] šŸ‘»šŸŽƒ [REAL STORY] This is official Demplar lore based off real live game events played live on @XSpaces After months of travel from The Kingdom to Luminous, the group reached the end of the Luminous Caverns path. An old, grumpy man stood before them. ā€œJump or don’t. But you cannot stay here.ā€ In the split second they had to decide, three jumped immediately. The rest split, half stayed, half followed. That was the moment the season of darkness began. The dark portal. Why would anyone jump through something like that? Maybe because it’s a game. Maybe, for some, it wasn’t. Knights Demplar entered the dark portal, but not all of them arrived in the same time. What is time? A moment? A breath? A glance? Lady Rangiku & Von stood before the ruler of the Shadowverse’s cathedral castle. Sparrow, Mitchell, Kolddragon, Jayfeezy and others faced their own Shadowmera, not the same being, yet both encounters happening live, in real time. Time itself bent around them, converging before their existence or after it. Shadowmera entered. She shattered every thought of existence. Death loomed over the group chats. Players began sharing what their characters meant to them. As the old man, I saw people who had poured real meaning into this world. It was beautiful. It was painful. The rose cut deeper than expected. I broke the rules. Atlantis knew. Atlantis was still deep in the enchanted forests of Saargano, holding a relic I had kept secret for months, something that could save anyone, anything, any event any time or circumstance and it was only possible with The Fork Knight. When the adventurers pushed further than advised, risking everything, I gave it away. I let go of the only thing in that universe I had been holding onto. The Demplar Council became involved. Players felt something real, Atlantis covered for me and took the heat, he was sent somewhere else and we both knew what would happen if that was the case. A short video of the being who creates this warped collapse, laughing as she destroys seven other realities, was enough to make people concerned for their world, real life or not. It mattered to them to not give up. No one knew what happened afterward. Everyone narrowly escaped and only because they had hearts from the Valenplar event. You see, even sacrificing the relic wasn't enough, this pulled the demplarverse through dimensions and ultimately put Atlantis right in the hands of The Black Combine, however everyone knows that frog doesn't go down without swinging haha. Oh... and Captain Lotus was not supposed to lead a crew and he was not supposed to venture to Crimora to save Atlantis though it was expected they were good friends growing up, nevertheless the adventure continued and people genuinely wanted to continue so I turned the next page. Some from the Flying Nymbus crew have already encountered Shadowmera again. Calmer, yet still dangerous. Last known whereabouts: The Compound on Planet Erythros, hunting her enemy. The Black Combine. For reasons nobody knows except she seems pissed. Perhaps they took something that belonged to her? Whether she succeeded or not didn’t matter, infiltrating the compound was the start and she went in alone just like Captain Lotus. She caused grief. She caused destruction & now she is wreaking that same havoc upon The Black Combine. The LyonsGuard cut communications after they discovered the Knights Demplar tampered with the mission and didn't fulfill their end of the bargain. KnightsDemplar status with them is NEUTRAL. Meeks was rediscovered during this time, a friend of Atlantis, an ai engineer trained especially in software & technologies, her fleets were on the standby to make sure LyonsGuard would keep THEIR word... the power of meeks is incredible. The Black Combine picked a fight with one of the most ruthless beings in the Demplarverse as well as some of the most dedicated Knights I have seen in a long time. The adventure continues when the next table is called. Thankyou for reading and safe travels adventurer. ā€œFill your life with women that empower you, that help you believe in your magic and aid them to believe in their own exceptional power and their incredible magic too. Marinating on the new flurry of Internet patches… I’m a Maker… someone who makes a living mostly in the world of traditional analog Craft… ā€˜prettied up useful things’ is how my Grandma used to define ā€˜Craft’… many ā€˜traditional analog’ makers I know are blissfully unaware of the cyber shenanigans this week. I visited a local sheep farmer & yarnmaker yesterday to buy her sundries… she had no idea her website was down. Turns out, the guy who built it for her a decade ago passed in the Covidian days back in 2021. It made me wonder about how many more folks are in the same predicament… I’d hazard a guess that it’s a lot. These are the folks who are the most vulnerable right now… ordinary people who are cut off from updates (old versions without a fix) and sitting there unprotected. I explained it this way to her… it may help with some of the people in your life… The Fabric of the Internet is basically algorithmically knitted… anyone who has ever dabbled in the needle arts… knitting, crochet, etc… will understand the ā€˜dropped/missed stitch discovered after 6 inches of a complicated pattern has been completed’ analogy… When a flaw comes to light, there is a choice… Rip it all out back to the mistake or… decide the work thus far is too much to get rid of and hope no one notices… no judgement… most of you know which camp you live in *sips coffee* Oh so much of our computery logic owes its existence to textile & thread and needle arts… *slow-mo winking at you ghost of Ada Lovelace* Where humans might compromise & move on, AI notices & drills down… it has no emotional attachment to the piece it is analyzing… a human will ask if the sweater design is still flattering or will work in winter & AI will focus on the flaw in craftsmanship & a corner decidedly cut. The ā€˜Black October Ai-pocolypse’ feels like a gut-punch… some of the flaws (like the PHP bits) are over 15 years old… and some folks- the skilled code slinging craftsfolk amongst us are asking themselves hard questions… about some of the proverbial ā€˜slipped stitches’ sold as features- not bugs… that left intentional holes in the fabric of the internet sold to the masses… AI is nitpicking the handiwork from a time of fast fashion… and many folks are feeling the heat. And as most can tell you… Wool sweaters worn when things get hot itch like mad & feel very tight & constricting… AI will pull a threat until it gets to the point where it needs to be fixed… even if, painful as it may be, that means going back to the start & choosing the right size needle for the weight of yarn. The gut reaction from many humans will be to simply take the sweater off & shut the prying eyes down… a meandering for another day perhaps… A silver lining… If you’ve ever seen a flock of well-cared for sheep running around around after a shearing… that’s the imagery I see in the wake of this… the sheep get fleeced but, there is a sense in freedom after the dirty, heavy burden is removed… they frolic. Take courage Dear Hearts…Good wins.
