This is spot on! #OCTimBeck has to go! By the way a very known former Bull that would do so many things for USF - you may remember him. @Mgrothe8

@RHiggins_USF CC: @brianhartline Dear Mr. Higgins, I am writing to express my serious disappointment and frustration with the current state of USF football program following the loss to East Carolina. As a passionate USF supporter and alumnus, I believe the program deserves better than the level of performance and inconsistency we have continued to witness, especially on the offense. At this point, the issues surrounding the offense and its leadership can no longer be dismissed as isolated setbacks or growing pains. The continued lack of offensive execution, questionable play-calling, and inability to consistently put the team in a position to win reflects a coaching problem that requires immediate attention. I believe it is time for USF Athletics to dismiss Offensive Coordinator Tim Beck. His performance(s) as play caller has not met the expectations of a program that is attempting to establish itself as a legitimate contender in the American Conference and build toward greater success nationally. Producing another lost season is unacceptable, particularly given the investment, resources, recruiting efforts, and expectations surrounding the program. Along with the fact that this is the easiest SOS we’ve had in nearly two decades. Fans/Alumni should not continually be asked to remain patient while the same problems persist without meaningful improvement. Patience must be accompanied by progress, and unfortunately, the results have not justified continued confidence in the current offensive leadership. My concern extends beyond a single loss to East Carolina. It is about the broader direction of the football program and whether the coaching staff is adequately meeting the standards necessary to compete. Every season represents an opportunity to build momentum, strengthen the program’s reputation, and earn the confidence of the fan base. I understand that coaching decisions are complex and that success is not always immediate. However, accountability is an essential part of leadership. When performance consistently falls below expectations, difficult personnel decisions must be made. I strongly believe that retaining Tim Beck would send the wrong message about the standards and expectations of USF football. I respectfully urge you and the athletic department to evaluate the offensive coaching situation and seriously consider making a change. USF has the potential, institutional support, and fan base to become a much stronger football program. That potential deserves leadership and coaching that reflect the university’s ambitions. I want to see USF succeed. I want to see a football program that competes consistently, develops its talent, executes effectively, and gives its supporters something to be proud of. Most importantly, I want to see an athletic department that holds itself to the same high standards it expects from its student-athletes, fans and alumni. Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and that meaningful action is considered in the best interest of USF football. Go Bulls! Sincerely, Your favorite Castor Pond duck

Hey @RHiggins_USF this really isn’t a tough decision! This guy has all the moxie and love for USF. As an alumni and former Bull softball player I beg you sir! It’s time to make another big time CEO move….balls in your court!
How cool would it be to knew an ex player that could help kids stay at USF or bring them in. Hmmm. I’m trying but need something else apparently. I’m. A. Financial. Advisor. All I want is my family to love life and my BULLS to love life. I have the plan. Need the people. Go BullsšŸ¤˜šŸ¼

Man, why hasn’t @LukeKromenhoek been playing all year. He has ignited our @USFFootball team. My only concern is, has he just saved #TimBecks job?

The stands are empty, SAD! @RHiggins_USF can’t wait to see how the on campus works out! But watching @USFFootball from the house and I’m loving this defense and Kromenoek at QB….could this be the light at the end of the tunnel? I wonder if @brianhartline is calling plays too?

Hey Everyone! I could really use some good vibes, positive mojo and prayers. I’m a super hard worker - did work 3 jobs (full time in a Peds office, side hustle 1 - bounce house rentals, side hustle 2 detailing cars). After my hubs passed away it kept me paying my bills. Now
