Speaker Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III emphasized transparency and accountability as the basis of public trust.
This is reflected in the Digital Bayanihan Chain which ensures that each official record has one clear and authoritative version. Changes cannot be quietly altered and every update leaves a visible trail, allowing anyone to verify that records remain authentic over time.

You can cook the books, but not the chain.
Sen. @bamaquino is calling for the national budget to be recorded on blockchain where every peso spent is traceable and every project has a digital receipt.
In a country where ghost projects and missing funds make headlines, this could mean real accountability.

Philippines government budget is now notarized onchain, on Polygon.
The Department of Budget and Management has officially launched a blockchain-based system to store documents, providing an immutable record on Polygon for anyone to view or verify.

You can now check where the budget goes!
DBM’s blockchain-backed portal makes public fund tracking easier, clearer, and more secure.

You can run calculations on encrypted data without ever decrypting it—no keys, no leaks, just math behind a locked vault.
