1. Live in the meeting, we measure and leave comments right on the UI with Mesurer. Real pixels, no guessing
2. I rewrite the client's comments in Agentation so Claude gets them, each one pinned to the exact element. One click to send
3. Boom. By the time my coffee is brewed, the iteration is done and Claude has updated everything

i made an experiment with gaussian splatting + mediapipe + threejs
camera is needed to make it work, it makes lots of cool effects possible, but there is a question how do we prove to users that camera data is used just for the effect itself and not any tracking

My ~/dev folder had 128 node_modules folders. 59 GB.
npx npkill found them in 13 seconds, with each one's size and days since I touched the project.
Sort with -s last-mod, press Space to delete. It flags app folders like ~/.cursor.
I freed 49 GB!
