You rush because others do.

I never felt OK working in a company because people playing roles freaked me out. They gather in a meeting room and start playing roles: this one plays the boss, this one plays the excited mid-level manager, this one plays the HR.
Before the show starts, there's a ritual of unfunny jokes, after which all suddenly become serious and the show begins.
Only software engineers (except those who dream of becoming a software manager) can be normal people when at work. All the rest of them are like puppets with human bodies.
A Programmer uses the LLM to write the code boilerplate and even many codes can be automated. They refine the code on top of that.
Similarly A project manager can create the project boilerplate using the LLM. No need to create the minute tasks which can take hours.
Building a Project Management from Agentic AI can be a game changer.
Usually a PM software are being used at large scale across multiple cities.
A product manager have to keep track of multiple activities and resources. Most of these things can be automated with AI.

Europe is a failed group of country. Indians taking inspiration from Europe work culture is laughable. No need to imitate failed countries. In Germany it takes forever to get some work done.
What is a good project management software look like? I have used Oracle Primavera EPPM, Worked as a QA and dev on this.
What issues it faces? Regularly there is constant need to clean the database , remove duplicate records. Manually. Millions of records inside no one knows if there is need of those.
Agentic AI will do it automatically daily without the dev intervention. Old way to use software is painful. Going to change that.
SMEs can't afford software like Primavera EPPM. Even they can afford that is very heavy software with old style coding.
I know in and out of project management software which is used heavily by large construction companies.
I am one of the most suitable person to code it.
Building multiple products. We already have a product in the line one which is using VLM(Vision Language Model).
I have worked three years coding a project management software. In the time of AI there is need of project management which is fully agentic.

Talk to a normal manager who isn't in IT even simple words like video summaries terrify them. Even those are too technical for them.
