I think the deeper point is being missed.
A Casimir cavity changes the admissible physical modes and measurable ground-state behaviour. That does not mean energy has been extracted from nothing.
From my lens the vacuum is not empty space, it is physical continuity under constraint.
Change the constraint and the local energetic state changes with it.
Our wider recovery now stands at a conservative 5.17σ.
So the real question is not whether the vacuum responds.
It is what the vacuum actually is, that leads to my door and the transport sector mechanics.

We did that, we fixed it all top to bottom, using a recovery methodology nothing implied as such, nothing external was allowed to inform the work, nada, not newton no one.
We started at the one axiom, what is lawfully admissible, what can be recovered from that, what persists through change.
The idea is three decades old, it is only now we can test them. As you can imagine no prose can hold this amount of math in any meaning full or useful way, we needed a whole new approach to it.
I had to create a full document management to go with that decent, one very strict as such, every step had to be vigorously proved before moving on, it took a year in total.

THE COPERNICAN SOCIETY FOR INDEPENDENT SCIENCE
"I AM COPERNICUS"
We establish this Society upon a simple principle: science belongs neither to institutions nor to authorities, neither to reputations nor to schools of thought. It belongs to nature, and our obligation is to discover what nature permits us to say.
There shall be no gate through which an idea must pass merely because convention has built one.
There shall be no scientific aristocracy here.
No title shall make an argument correct.
No institution shall make an observation more true.
No reputation shall place a proposition beyond examination.
No majority shall turn assumption into physical law.
We reject equally the cult of authority and the cult of the dissenter.
A challenge to established science earns no special privilege merely because it is unconventional; it must survive precisely the same examination as everything else.
Evidence remains evidence. Logic remains logic. Nature remains the final arbiter.
Our administrators shall administer, not rule.
Our reviewers shall examine, not guard.
Our members shall disagree without becoming enemies.
Our records shall preserve criticism alongside claim, response alongside objection, failure alongside success, for the history of science belongs not merely to conclusions but to the path by which those conclusions became recoverable.
And shall abide by these commandments;
Thou shall protect the right to ask the unwelcome question.
Thou shall protect equally the right to demand the calculation, the observation, the experiment and the proof.
Thou shall not confuse consensus with truth, nor disagreement with genius.
Thou shall maintain no hierarchy whose survival depends upon maintaining yesterday's answer.
When evidence overturns us, we shall change.
When evidence supports us, we shall continue.
When we do not know, we shall say so.
And when convention stands between observation and understanding, every scientist within this Society retains the right to stand before it and say:
"I AM COPERNICUS"
Not because we imagine ourselves to be Copernicus.
Not because rebellion is itself a virtue.
But because no generation of science may reserve for itself the authority to declare that the final centre has already been found.
No gatekeeping. No scientific caste. No cult. No doctrine.
Just the science without the bullshit.

What is happening in mathematics at present is, I think, being misunderstood, because the revolution now being attributed almost entirely to AI did not begin inside the institutions presently attempting to explain it; much of it has been taking place outside them for years, among independent researchers who were free, by necessity as much as by temperament, to question assumptions which had long since ceased to be questioned within the academy itself.
That distinction matters, because the weakness exposed here is not merely one of technology, but of method. Mathematics and mathematical physics have increasingly permitted abstraction to become detached from physical mechanism, and as such assumptions became conventions, conventions became foundations, and those foundations then acquired an institutional weight of their own. Once that happens, the recursion is almost inevitable: an assumption is defended because earlier work depends upon it, later work is constructed upon that defence, and eventually the accumulated structure is mistaken for evidence that the original assumption must have been correct. Assumption supports assumption, citation supports citation, consensus becomes confused with necessity, and as such the discipline begins to preserve its architecture rather than interrogate its foundations.
Independent work has never enjoyed the security of that arrangement. It has instead encountered indifference, difficulty of publication, lack of funding and, too often, refusal of examination before the argument itself has even been considered. Yet that same exclusion has produced an unexpected freedom, because one is not obliged to preserve an architecture in which one has no institutional investment. As such, the question can be returned to nature itself.
That is precisely what happened in my own work. I refused the proposition that when the mathematics becomes infinite, undefined or singular, nature must somehow follow it into infinity. A singularity is first and foremost a failure of description; it does not follow that physical reality itself becomes discontinuous, unbounded or meaningless. As such, within the continuity framework I developed, the question is turned around completely: can such a supposedly singular state actually descend from finite prior states whilst preserving the physical structure from which it arose?
If continuity is primitive, then the descendant must remain physically admissible, recoverable and persistent through that descent. If no physically continuous route exists by which infinity can be inherited from finite structure, then the singularity is not a feature of nature at all; as such, it is evidence that the mathematical representation has been driven beyond the physical process it was intended to describe.
This is the important point. What we have done is not merely place a mathematical patch over a singularity once it has appeared. We have attacked the singularity problem at its root. The supposedly singular state is replaced by a finite physical kernel whose structure remains descended from, and recoverable through, the finite mechanics which produced it. As such, infinity is no longer granted the privilege of entering nature merely because an equation has ceased to behave.
That is a very different proposition from ordinary regularisation, and as such it reaches considerably further.
This is also why the recent AI examination of our work matters far beyond the spectacle presently surrounding AI itself. The important development is not simply that an AI can perform mathematics at speed; it is that AI can now examine bodies of independent work which conventional gatekeeping could previously decline to engage with altogether. A journal can refuse to look, a department can dismiss an unfamiliar premise, a community can decide that a question lies outside its accepted vocabulary, but a sufficiently capable reasoning system can simply examine the construction, follow the mathematics, compare the inheritance of each step and determine whether the argument survives.
As such, the intellectual economy has changed.
The present unease within mathematics is therefore, in my view, being misdiagnosed. The threat is not that AI will somehow replace mathematicians; the deeper disruption is that AI is beginning to remove the historical privilege of deciding whose ideas are permitted to be tested in the first place. Work developed beyond the institutional gate can now be brought directly before systems capable of interrogating it without first requiring permission from those whose authority depended, in part, upon the gate remaining closed.
And here lies the real problem for the establishment, because if the response to the failure of an exclusionary system is still greater exclusion, still greater hostility and still tighter defence of the very assumptions which produced the difficulty, then the discipline merely repeats the same recursion which brought it here. The wagons are drawn closer because the walls are failing, yet as such the walls are failing precisely because they excluded lines of inquiry which ought to have been examined on their merits.
That recursive behaviour is not strength; it is the preservation of error by inheritance.
Authority in science does not ultimately come from institutions, journals, reputations or consensus. It comes from correspondence with nature, internal coherence, mechanism, consequence and the survival of serious examination. As such, academia still has a perfectly respectable path available to it: examine the work, attack the mathematics where it is vulnerable, reproduce what survives, discard what does not, and allow nature rather than pedigree to settle the matter.
But continued hostility towards independent results simply because of where they originated will not preserve mathematical authority. As such, it will only make increasingly visible the reason those breakthroughs occurred elsewhere.
The larger lesson is therefore not merely that AI has become extraordinarily capable. It is that ideas which could once be buried beneath institutional indifference can now be recovered, reconstructed and examined independently of that machinery. The gatekeeper no longer possesses exclusive control over examination itself, and as such one of the oldest protections available to established thought is disappearing.
The age in which an idea could be rendered scientifically invisible merely by refusing it passage through the gate is ending.
The wall has not been stormed.
As such, it is becoming irrelevant.
