Manda a Policia expulsar os actuais Presidente e Vice do Tribunal Constitucional… numa sexta à noite, depois da Bolsa fechar, num fim de semana de finados e com o Presidente fora em viagem oficial.
Porquê a importância do dia de Todos os Santos?
Porque a elite da oposicão polaca que vive em Varśovia e a maioria das pessoas vai tudo para as terrinhas, meter velas e limpar as campas.
A esperteza saloia de querer uma cidade vazia de oposição.
Resultado: voltaram todos da terrinha e até o Presidente deu ordem ao avião para dar meia volta

Jarenlang werd beweerd dat het Vlaams Belang niet kon besturen. Onze tegenstanders voorspelden chaos en onbestuurbaarheid, terwijl de N-VA het cordon sanitaire koste wat het kost in stand hield en liever met de socialisten en andere traditionele partijen in zee ging. Vandaag tonen onze lokale besturen dat het anders kan. In Ninove met een absolute meerderheid, in Ranst, Izegem en Brecht samen met onze coalitiepartners. Stuk voor stuk gemeenten waar onze mensen verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en werk maken van een beter, mooier en veiliger bestuur. Waar het Vlaams Belang mee bestuurt, zien we de tevredenheid groeien. Daar mogen we trots op zijn!

NIEUW BEWIND IN HONGARIJE: 'RECHTSSTAAT' OF WRAAK? Terwijl de nieuwste EU-gezinde linksliberale staatsgreep in Polen aan de gang is, was ik net afgelopen week in Hongarije. Het Europees Parlement stuurde een onderzoeksmissie over de 'rechtsstaat' (rule of law) daar, en dat bracht mij in één van de mooiste gebouwen ter wereld: het Parlement van Hongarije, aan de Donau in Budapest. De situatie is nu deze: nadat de partij TISZA van Peter Magyar in april 2026 de verkiezingen won van de partij FIDESZ van Viktor Orban nam links na 16 jaar de macht over. Eerst werd de democratisch aangestelde President van Hongarije, die een mandaat had tot 2029, afgezet en vervangen door een TISZA-man. Vervolgens werd de aanval ingezet op het Hongaarse Grondwettelijk Hof: door het plots invoeren van een leeftijdsgrens van 70 jaar werden 4 politiek ongewenste rechters gedumpt, en vervangen door TISZA-getrouwen. Tenslotte werd gestemd door TISZA, dat bestaat uit nieuwe parlementsleden, dat elk parlementslid na drie termijnen in het parlement onverkiesbaar wordt én geen enkel publiek mandaat meer kan uitoefenen, en dit met terugwerkende kracht (!) tot 1990. Dat geldt ook voor parlementsleden die oppositie voerden tegen Fidesz en Orban, zoals die van de rechtse partij Mi Hazank. Het gevolg is dat meer dan 100 rechtse Hongaarse parlementsleden hun recht op verkiezingsdeelname verliezen. Dit is een grove aanval op het actief en passief kiesrecht: mensen kunnen zo niet meer kiezen op de kandidaten die zij willen, en mensen kunnen zich niet meer kandidaat stellen bij verkiezingen. In het Europese Parlement keuren 3 fracties de gang van zaken af: de rechtse fracties ESN, PfE en ECR. De fracties van EPP, S&D, Renew en Greens vinden het allemaal geweldig. 'Er is veel nieuwe hoop in Hongarije!', klonk het op de persconferentie nadien... Mijn conclusie is anders: De EU en links gebruiken vandaag onbeschaamd de vlaggen van 'rechtsstaat' en 'liberale democratie' voor de meest anti-democratische en vrijheidsbeperkende maatregelen, inclusief staatsgrepen, om hun macht te behouden of door te drukken. Budapest blijft verbijsterend mooi, maar veel goed nieuws valt er dezer dagen niet te rapen.

Sin X nadie en Europa se habría enterado de lo sucedido en Polonia está noche. El jefe del gobierno Donald Tusk perpetró un intento de golpe de Estado aprovechando el viaje del jefe del estado Karol Nawrocky al extranjero. Asaltó el Tribunal Constitucional con la policía y pretendió destituir a presidente y vicepresidente del Constitucional con una juez leal sin competencias.
Pero no contaba con el presidente que enterado ordenó al avion dar la vuelta cuando sobrevolaba España. Volvió a Varsovia, entró por la fuerza por delante de sus escoltas en el edficio del TC pese al cerco de policias de Tusk y convocó a todas las máximasx instituciones de Supremo y Constitucional para restablecer el orden Constitucional.
Aunque la crisis continúa, parece claro que el gobierno de Tusk, el títere de Von der Leyen que jamás habría perpetrado este asalto sin permiso de Bruselas, tiene los días contados. Pero recuerden, los medios publicos y privados de toda Europa han sido cómplices del golpe de Estado silenciando toda la operación. Solo las redes sociales han alertado a polacos y europeos. Por eso quieren intervenirlas.

De linksliberale pro-EU-staatsgreep in Polen is de derde in de rij: in Roemenië werd de rechtse kieskandidaat uitgesloten van verkiezingen, in Hongarije werd de rechtse President met een staatsgreep afgezet en het Grondwettelijk Hof gevuld met marionetten, en nu was dus Polen aan de beurt. Dekmantel van de linkse staatsgrepen is steeds de 'rule of law', de 'rechtsstaat'. Gelukkig biedt rechts Polen nu tegenstand.

A year ago, the Polish people elected a conservative president, Karol Nawrocki.
Poland currently has a left-liberal government, which, however, does not yet control the courts.
Tusk government is attempting to take illegal control of the courts in order to undermine the election of President Nawrocki.
Only in this way can Tusk secure absolute power for himself. Tusk knows he will lose the 2027 elections, so he is attempting to undermine the state’s constitutional order and to remove a president beloved by the Polish people.
This is literally a war of cynicism and evil against sincerity, the voice of the people, and goodness.
Pray for Poland and president Nawrocki.

Nearly two years ago I settled accounts with Donald Tusk unsparingly. With his actions today he has confirmed every warning I issued:
“Mr Tusk, politicians like you are the greatest threat to European nations. While you were in opposition you attacked your own country’s sovereignty with the help of the EU.
Now that you are back in power you are destroying the rule of law in Poland. Opposition figures are being hunted down and politically inconvenient court rulings are being overturned. Your media coup was illegal, and now you are threatening even more censorship on the internet. This increasingly resembles a regime.
In a single year you have committed more breaches of the rule of law than PiS dared to attempt in eight years. The EU lets you get away with all of it, because you were always Brussels’ most obedient servant.
And now you threaten to extend your work of destruction to the whole of Europe – mass migration, censorship, geopolitical escalation, wokeness, the Green Deal.
You are one of the chief architects of all of this, even if you now pretend to know nothing about it.
You are a Polish Angela Merkel. You are a Polish Ursula von der Leyen. And the worst part is that you are proud of it. That is bad for your country, Poland, and it is bad for our continent, Europe.”

Der Ablauf des PUTSCHVERSUCHS von Donald Tusk, unterstützt von der EU‼️
1. Der linke Ministerpräsident Donald Tusk versuchte, acht Richter des Verfassungsgerichts zu ernennen, obwohl er nur drei ernennen durfte.
2. Der rechtskonservative Präsident Karol Nawrocki nahm nur drei Richtern den Amtseid ab, wie es das Gesetz vorschreibt.
3. Tusk organisierte eine parallele Vereidigung für die anderen fünf, indem er ihnen selbst den Eid abnahm, obwohl die Verfassung festlegt, dass nur der Präsident dies tun darf.
4. Nawrocki verließ das Land für eine geplante Reise nach Senegal.
5. Einer der von Tusk illegal vereidigten Richter ordnete die Absetzung des Präsidenten des Gerichts an, des Rechtskonservativen Bogdan Święczkowski.
6. Tusk befahl der Polizei, den Zugang zum Gericht zu blockieren und so dem Präsidenten des Obersten Gerichts den Eintritt zu verwehren.
7. Nawrocki unterbrach seine Reise und kehrte eilig nach Polen zurück.
8. In der Nacht zum Freitag stellte er sich persönlich vor das Gerichtsgebäude und rang mit den Polizisten, um den Zugang freizubekommen.
9. Sobald er im Gerichtsgebäude war, entfernte er die fünf von Tusk illegal vereidigten Richter und gewährte dem Präsidenten des Obersten Gerichts Zugang zu seinem Büro.

Late at night, after overcoming considerable resistance, Polish President Nawrocki finally managed to enter the building of the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw.
Throughout the evening and night, the right-wing forces in Poland clearly rallied around the president, and the confrontation between Nawrocki and Tusk for control of this key constitutional body continues.
Two videos show the moment when the Polish president, who cannot be denied entry anywhere in the country, breaks into the building. In the third video, Nawrocki, already inside the building, confronts Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, a judge supported by Tusk, who declared herself the head of the court, and other newly appointed judges, also supported by Tusk, to whom the Polish president stated:
"You are not judges of the Constitutional Tribunal."
Polish state television ignored the events unfolding in the country during the evening and night, with only opposition media, including several right-wing private television channels, actively reporting on the situation.

Poland is heading into a full-blown CONSTITUTIONAL SHOWDOWN.
Police have been deployed to the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw, its president Bogdan Święczkowski has reportedly been suspended, and President Karol Nawrocki was so alarmed he TURNED HIS PLANE AROUND on the way to Senegal.
Now things are getting seriously ugly.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk says he's restoring the rule of law after years of political interference in the courts.
His opponents are calling it an attempted COUP.
Święczkowski's camp is even disputing the suspension itself, insisting he remains the tribunal's legitimate president.
Police say they were there to maintain security, not seize the court.
So Poland now has rival camps disputing who can legitimately exercise authority over the country's highest constitutional court.
And a president who has abandoned a foreign trip to deal with it.
This is no longer just another argument between Poland's politicians. It's a fight over who gets to enforce the Constitution.
