Energy spent wishing is better spent facing down the fears that keep you stuck. You’re fully capable. Don’t stay stuck in fear.

Truth.
If you want something different, you have to think different.
If you want something better, you have to think better.
If you want something meaningful, start thinking meaningfully.

Coaches from Jr. High to the NFL, teach/train/drill & practice catching the ball in front of the body w/ the hands. Waiting to chest catch it is advantage defense, in most cases. This is precisely why the Catch Radius Vest was invented. Form the habit. raecrowther.com/product/catc…
‘Winners don’t make excuses, they make moves.’ Now, behind the scenes, the ‘greatness account’ is either making compounding interest on sacrifice, grind, & pushing past limitations…or it’s wasting away from excuses, procrastination, entitlement, & laziness. 7 months we’ll know.
