Sleep itself isn’t necessarily a risk, but prolonged immobilization is. Probably why they told Jalen Hurts don’t sleep.
You know what is a risk for blood clots?
Long flights leading to prolonged immobility + altitude change, especially following trauma (football).
#Eagles QB Jalen Hurts, who is out for the season after several blood clots were revealed in his lungs, has been undergoing tests for days.
Before the London game, Hurts was in the hospital until 4 am and did not sleep because sleep was a risk. He played without having slept.

All of you that are Twitter music industry experts should absolutely be tracking all of these mass layoffs just as much as you do album sales, charts, views and gossip.
You wanna know why your favorite artists aren’t dropping music? It’s because the black side of the label office is empty.

This single handedly is why so many events, etc. don’t get the right amount of coverage. The amount of “we’d love to have you at our event” emails 20-40 minutes before it starts needs to be talked about more.

baffles me how people fail to see how the current state of music (just like every other industry in the world that’s currently suffering) is so obviously a systemic problem. blaming it on a lack of talented individuals is so lazy
Trippie Redd shares his thoughts on why we don’t see breakout superstars like XXXTENTACION & Juice WRLD anymore 💭
“Labels are signing 💩🍑 artists with a small ceiling and giving them a push like they are a Uzi, but it doesn’t work because none of these new artists are Uzi or Juice or X or me. But all those artists I just named have great real songs that can be played by all, not just kids.”
“The industry is weird right now. A bunch of wannabes doing the same music. I’m actually sorry for contributing to this fast food hipster music… We might have looked the same, but the music is not the same. You can’t play me a ‘F*ck Love’ or a ‘Taking a Walk’ by any of these new jits. It’s all turn up, drink, pop a pill, no meaning.”
