Open Letter to Trump Mobile: Lead America into the Light Age
Dear Trump Mobile Team,
@TrumpMobile @RobertKennedyJr @DonaldJTrumpJr
We stand today at the precipice of a monumental technological shift—one that holds the promise of transforming telecommunications, revitalizing American industry, and protecting public health. Your entrance into the mobile phone market with the Trump T1 represents far more than just an economic opportunity; it is a historic chance to guide America and the world out of the outdated microwave era and into a revolutionary Light Age of unparalleled prosperity and wellness.
As you know, Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s landmark 2021 court victory in Environmental Health Trust v. FCC has made clear the urgent need to update our nation’s outdated radiofrequency (RF) exposure guidelines. The federal courts unequivocally ruled that the FCC failed to adequately justify its reliance on outdated, 1990s-era safety standards—standards that blatantly disregard substantial contemporary scientific evidence of non-thermal biological harm, including oxidative stress, mitochondrial damage, and disruption to DNA integrity.
The Trump T1 smartphone offers you a powerful tool to change this narrative decisively. By integrating Li-Fi technology—recently standardized globally as IEEE 802.11bb—your product can provide cutting-edge wireless connectivity via safe, secure, and ultra-fast data transmission through ordinary light. Li-Fi technology is not just faster and more secure; it fundamentally aligns with biological health, eliminating the risks associated with chronic microwave radiation exposure.
Consider the historical parallel of Detroit following the Clean Air Act of 1970: rather than crippling industry, the move toward cleaner emissions spurred innovation, strengthened competitiveness, and revitalized economic growth. Similarly, the introduction of a Clean Ether Act—mandating the adoption of Li-Fi and biologically informed communication standards—can invigorate American technology, create high-tech jobs, secure supply chains domestically, and establish the U.S. as the undisputed leader in next-generation communication.
Furthermore, embracing Li-Fi positions America at the forefront of secure communications technology. Light-based connectivity offers inherent advantages, particularly in cybersecurity and data protection, as light signals do not penetrate walls, providing unmatched security in sensitive environments. This directly addresses national security concerns and places America ahead of global competitors.
Your leadership and visionary action can end decades of harmful reliance on microwave-based wireless technology and dismantle the existing microwave cartel. By setting new standards for safety, speed, security, and sustainability, the Trump T1 can symbolize a historic turning point toward global health and technological excellence.
President Trump, Secretary Kennedy, and Trump Mobile Team: seize this opportunity to put America's health and prosperity at the forefront. Lead us boldly into the Light Age, showing the world that America truly values people over profit, safety over convenience, and innovation over outdated practices.
The choice is clear, and history awaits your courageous action. Will you make the Trump T1 the flagship of a healthier, wealthier, and brighter future?
Respectfully,
RF Safe

Every single attachment on the HHS docket had to be opened, downloaded, and re-hosted one by one. No bulk download. No API. The site throws a 403 the second you try to automate it. Gigabytes of studies, and the only way through it was manual labor. Public health information shouldn't require a download queue to reach people. That's why we re-hosted it all so you can read every attached comment and study in your browser.
I'll make a raw download for anyone who wants a zip file with every attachment submitted to HHS on wireless radiation.

This research studies the terahertz band gap. A non native exposure to terahertz radiation.
The sun does emit across that whole band, but Earth's atmosphere absorbs nearly all of it in the terahertz band gap before it reaches the surface.
Water vapor, oxygen, and other molecules have rotational and vibrational resonances scattered right through the terahertz range, so the ground-level solar spectrum has a deep notch there.
Our entire evolutionary history happened under light that skipped that band. No terahertz band gap at the surface, no selection pressure to adapt to it.
So when we say this terahertz spectrum is non-native, that's the precise claim: visible and near-infrared are native because the sun delivers them in bulk at ground level.
These terahertz frequencies are non-native because the atmosphere blocks them, and life never had to cope with them as a continuous signal.
And the low-fidelity biology framework says the problem isn't just power; it's that these frequencies sit in a spectral region where biomolecular dynamics have no evolutionary template.
Ion channels, protein hydration shells, DNA breathing modes all of those have collective motions that overlap terahertz, but they evolved under a spectrum that had a void there.
That's also why Li-Fi isn't threatened by this paper. Li-Fi runs on visible or infrared photons — native solar bands that biology has been bathed in for four billion years.
The terahertz concern studied for new 6G technology is a different, non-native slice of terahertz radiation that our planet's atmosphere has shielded us from.
The review reports diverse biological responses to THz radiation that depend strongly on exposure parameters and biological models. How molecular perturbations lead to higher-level effects remains poorly understood.
Outcomes measured
Interactions with proteins, nucleic acids, ion channels, and biological membranes
Molecular perturbations and higher-level biological responses

HHS just cleared another 500 comments today on the cell phone radiation docket. That's 4,515 to 5,083 published publicly out of 7,081 total submissions.
Roughly 2,000 are still under review, and at about 500 a day, the backlog should clear by the end of the week. If your comment isn't up yet, it will be.
Follow the latest approved public comments at rfsafe.org/forum/threads/ for Docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397.
The HHS EMF Forum at rfsafe.org/forum/threads lists every submission as an unedited original, newest first, with permanent links and topic tags so you can scroll by subject or by date. It's not a summary, not a press release.
It's the raw public record, organized for humans. If you filed a comment, find yours.
The backlog is moving at about 500 a day, so what's not up yet will be soon. The topics page at rfsafe.org/forum/topics shows twenty-eight boards, sorted by size.
Research and federal duties leads at 1,647 threads, neurological symptoms and sleep right behind at 1,610, then awaiting category review at 1,323, children and vulnerable groups at 1,282, exposure limits and oversight at 1,158, towers and siting at 1,051. Below that you've got housing and access barriers, Wi-Fi and indoor exposure, cancer and tumors, Li-Fi fiber and alternatives at 545, electromagnetic sensitivity at 511, environmental effects, smart meters, directed-energy targeting allegations, heart symptoms and implanted devices, reproduction and pregnancy, and down to the small ones like Section 704 at 14 threads and MKUltra references at 48.
One thing worth knowing about that 1,323 awaiting category review board: those aren't unread opinions sitting in a queue. They're attachment-only submissions — files with no written text for the categorizer to match against topics. The review itself is complete. The categorization is just blocked because there's nothing to read.
The big story the numbers tell: the top five boards alone cover most of the record, and three of them are health — neurological, children, cancer.
The infrastructure complaints, towers, Wi-Fi, smart meters, are huge too. And Li-Fi and alternatives already have 545 threads, which is a real signal that people are looking for the off-ramp.

The 800 MHz band carried the first phone you could hold in your hand. Motorola's DynaTAC 8000X, March 1983. Transmit 824–849 MHz, tower transmit 869–894 MHz. AMPS analog ran from that day until February 18, 2008, when AT&T and Verizon shut it down the same morning. Alltel finished by September. US Cellular by February 2009.
The documented rise in autism prevalence. The sharp uptick began in the 80s. California's Department of Developmental Services data were essentially flat through the seventies, then started climbing in the mid-eighties and tripled by 1989. All this in the first decade of 800 MHz wireless!
It's coming back with vengeance! SpaceX agreed to acquire Grain Management's nationwide 800 MHz portfolio, up to 14 MHz of paired spectrum for roughly $8 billion. Grain had just picked it up from T-Mobile in August.
T-Mobile spent five years trying to get rid of the exact spectrum Elon just called "the last critical piece" of complete phone coverage in America.
This 800 MHz block is Sprint's old Nextel spectrum, the stuff that powered push-to-talk walkie-talkie phones in 2004. The DOJ forced T-Mobile to divest it as a condition of the $26 billion Sprint merger. Dish had first rights at $3.59 billion and walked away because it couldn't raise the money. T-Mobile finally offloaded it to an investment firm called Grain Management last year for $2.9 billion plus a spectrum swap.
Grain's original plan was selling it to utilities for private networks.
Fourteen months later, SpaceX buys the whole portfolio, and shares of the carriers who passed on it fall as much as 8% in a single afternoon.
Here's why it matters so much. Starlink's satellite signal at 2 GHz can reach your phone outdoors, but it dies at the first wall. 800 MHz penetrates buildings. Most phones already have the band built in. So satellites handle the open sky, this low-band layer handles indoors, and suddenly Starlink Mobile covers everywhere a normal carrier does without the tower network.
Stack the moves. $17 billion for EchoStar's 50 MHz of 2 GHz spectrum. FCC approval for 15,000 Gen2 satellites this week. Now the low-band coverage layer.
Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile paid $81 billion in a single auction for C-band spectrum in 2021, then spent years and tens of billions more deploying it on towers. SpaceX assembled a nationwide carrier out of a distressed-asset sale, a forced divestiture castoff, and rockets it already owns.
The walkie-talkie spectrum from 2004 ended up being the piece that lets satellites replace cell towers. Nobody who touched it for twenty years saw that coming.
If microwaves can mechanically disrupt a biological particle, what would prevent them from affecting structures in ordinary cells?
If selective nonthermal disruption of viruses is demonstrated, what establishes its biological selectivity, and what shows that host-cell structures remain functionally unaffected under the same exposure?
That is a substantive safety question. The evidence discussed so far supports asking it
The use of non-thermal, human-safe electromagnetic (e.m.) waves in the GHz range to inactivate viruses has been proposed by a few groups.
It is allegedly based on a transformation of a microwave photon into a phonon, which would produce a so-called Structure Resonance Energy Transfer (SRET) strong enough to break the capsid due to Confined Acoustic Vibration (CAV) at virus-specific frequencies.
However, it is well known that e.m. photons’ absorption in water or in organic media does not generate single phonons at the same frequency.
Rather, it generates many thermal phonons across a wide frequency spectrum according to the widely known microwave heating effect, as exploited, inter alia, in the microwave oven.
However, there remains interest in proposed usages of non-thermal microwave fields to inactivate respiratory viruses for air sanitization purposes.
Hence, this paper poses the question: can human-safe microwave irradiation inactivate viruses?

The Biological Reserve Thesis distinguishes baseline function from the capacity to withstand and recover from stress. Its central prediction is that repeated electromagnetic exposure can, under identifiable conditions, leave resting measurements apparently normal while reducing resilience to a subsequent challenge. The studies assembled here provide varying degrees of support for this possibility; they do not yet establish one shared mechanism or quantify the risk from everyday human exposure. The decisive test is whether a measurable reserve deficit precedes impaired recovery, whether the combined response exceeds a predefined expectation, and whether restoring the proposed reserve reverses that impairment. This makes resilience itself an experimental endpoint.
