Nothing says Preferred® like having the @Avis shuttle drop you where your designated car is supposed to be parked but no car is there, having to walk 1/2 mile to the office as the Preferred stand just closed, wait for 20 people in line, and not get to your hotel until 1:30am.

I rented a car from @Hertz on Thursday and returned it Friday. On Sunday when I learned that they hadn’t marked it as returned and were still billing me I called them and they said they’d fix it. Yet they’re still charging me more money and haven’t marked it as returned!
