Looking for a toddler’s Father who works shifts at the hospital whilst blackmailing people as a side earner? My thanks as always to @tonyblakephoto and everyone I pestered for their opinion on the turtleneck. @OrlandoGrayMgt

We’ve only gone and done it! 1K raised in 1 Month for @ProstateUK 29 days since the daily running began and the response has been overwhelming. Thank you Everyone 💙 tinyurl.com/RicksJustGiving @CardiffCityFC @JeffStelling @graham_kavanagh @alibruceball @StatmanDave @chris_sutton73

Back having a laugh with the guys at Fantasy 606 today talking all things FPL & my Half Marathon to raise money on behalf of @ProstateUK. If you’ve got a spare quid you can donate here: tinyurl.com/Running-For-Pros…. Thanks! @MaileyGrace @alibruceball @chris_sutton73 @StatmanDave

In April I shall be running the Manchester Half Marathon on behalf of @ProstateUK after my Dad rang the bell in hospital yesterday for the final treatment. Thanks to a @JeffStelling advert he saw on the tele. This one’s for you Dad @CardiffCityFC @graham_kavanagh #thanksjeff

Big thank you to the staff and volunteers @The_Lowry for their fantastic support @KitAid donating 35 pre-loved football shirts to children in the African Nations 👏

It was bad to be fair, stewards had given up before the game had kicked off - one way out for 2,000 fans. Clip is where the steps were - not a hope if there’d been an emergency

We’re ready

My thanks to @RobinsonEmbury for everything Claire did for me & my career since 2020. I wish her nothing but success and happiness as she returns to working in casting. Over the moon to say that I’m rep’d by @WillMarshAgent at @OrlandoGrayMgt and ready for what comes next!
