@SamsungUS @Samsung count them 2, yes 2 Samsung #FamilyHub refrigerators since moving into our current house in late 2020. Bought extended warranty both times @Lowes replaced the 1st one and now 2nd one freezer is shot. 2 in less than 6 years. This is unreal.

Sorry this is happening to you cuh- repairman told me to NEVER buy @Samsung appliances because they break twice as often as any other brand. I remember your first one when that went bad. Crazy.
