October 2026 Builder Update
🛠️ Why I built Riff
I started posting more on X in September. By week one I was drowning in outreach, same as in social selling.
Long pitches.
Slow replies.
No leverage.
So I built the tool I needed.
🚀 What happened
In about 4 hours I shipped the first Riff and submitted it to the Chrome Web Store. Local AI in desktop Chrome. Free. No account. Drafts replies, posts, and DMs. I still press send.
Since then I have been collecting feedback from dozens of people, writing the help guide, and growth hacking SEO on a brand-new domain.
📊 Numbers
• ~1,300 new X followers in October
• 1,621 total on @MichaelZima (started growing hard in September)
• Riff ~3 weeks old
• First version shipped to the Chrome Web Store in ~4 hours
• Ahrefs DA 31/100 on riffreply.com
• 99 directory listings live
• Feedback from dozens of early users
🎯 Takeaway
Free, no-account tools are the marketing. Riff scales the writing. You keep the judgment.

This is insane.
Google dropped the most powerful UI designer in the world.
You just describe the app, and it generates the code.
It’s called Stitch.
Here’s how it works:
