People take layups and footwork for granted, but those details matter! He still has a lot to learn, but the best part is how quickly he's picking things up and applying them. The potential is there, and the development is coming along at a rapid pace. Honestly, I think some bigs waste valuable time playing for certain programs because not everyone understands or appreciates the process of developing a big man. Too many people are focused on winning right now instead of investing in a player's long-term growth. Development has to come first!
