My toxic trait is telling people I'm down to do whatever. When in reality I mean not after 8 pm, food has to be involved. And it also depends on the weather, the parking situation, and how tired I am.

my new doctor is so cute and amazing she just hooked it up with physical therapy annnnd hella meds to manage my pain and breathing issues. It’s been a such long time since I’ve had affirming healthcare where my issues have felt heard and was readily accessible

While it DID take 2 months for the initial appt she gave me a direct line for contact and I have a follow up in a couple weeks and it seems so dumb and like an easy thing to set up but I’ve been to a handful of healthcare providers where contact/ care is extremely inaccessible
