Today I am grateful for: 1- a decent training swim in grotty wind 2- saw a dinosaur film with my youngest son. Nice bonding time 3- i volunteered at a Scout event. Really cool people #recoveryposse

Today I am grateful for; 1- a weekend to myself with my friend 2- got to swim in a waterfall! Bucket list! 3- my anxiety years ago would have stopped me doing this. I’m grateful my mental health has improved. So much. #recoveryposse

It's my wedding anniversary! It is literally a miracle this man stood by me during my early recovery. He's been amazing. Not everyday is good, but there is good in everyday with him. #recoveryposse

Today I am grateful for: 1- sneaking a swim under the glorious pink super moon. It was beautiful! 2- my youngest two baked biscuits and brownies today. 3- on the walking dead, Rick is still having a worse apocalypse than me! #recoveryposse
